hi there cable came off the pully and the door was stuck open. serviceman came out and in a matter of minutes fixed the problem. door works fine now. this this the second time the wire came off the pully. hope this is the last time. great service and everything is back to normal. thanks.

Jake was outstanding! He got here early and told me what he was going to do, gave me prices, how long it should take him, ect. And every bit was just as stated. No surprises, no pushy sales, just all around a great job. Jake did this job alone with no help and in this scorching heat and was absolutely so pleasant, nice as can be and so very professional. I will absolutely always call on Precision as long as they keep guys like Jake on their payroll. Thank you for this top of the line service. We are very happy.

Highly Recommended - All I can say is "wow!" I am thoroughly impressed with how organized Precision Door Service is as well as how their technician handled our service. Their customer communication was spot on. They gave a 2-hour window for arrival and actually arrived 1-hour early. Turner Cobb was the technician dispatched to our home. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable of his job and how to perform it, very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished. He provided service options from which to choose and ensured we fully understood each option. He was committed to our complete satisfaction. Great job Precision and great job Turner Cobb!

Precision were amazing! They spent months correcting the issues cause by Home Depot with my Clopay doors and waited calming until my Builder finally got to where they should have been when they had me order the doors. (storing said doors safely). Their install was flawless! All their employees were super helpful. Thank you

Your technician, Austin Young, visited my home to evaluate the hurricane damage to my garage door. Austin arrived in a timely manner and was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was very compassionate, helpful, and kind and is definitely an asset to your company. The young man assisting him was also very kind. He definitely deserves a five star rating.

The meeting with your rep/tech was informative and pleasant. Hopefully your bid will allow us to place an order for 3 Bahama Hurricane Shutters. rating - 5* Unfortunately, I was unable to "send review" without selecting a "service performed"..... giving a quote was not one of the choices so "install Garage Doors" never happened.....

You were at a neighbors house providing an estimate. I walk down and asked the technician if he would come over and quote me. He told I had to call and schedule an appointment. Great I thought, this will take a couple of weeks. Called and was given an appointment window on Monday ( I had done all this on Friday morning late). Now I was becoming a little less skeptical. Monday arrives, they call and ask if they could come early, their job had finished. Sure come on over, in less than 15 minutes they arrived. Provided an inspection on the garage door and gave me a quote. Not knowing garage-speak, they explained everything I need to know; what I have and what will be the replacement and how things were going to work for the replacement process. Even received a Military Discount. Thanks Wade and Alex for your time and explanations.

I am so impressed with Precision Door Service. The technician wasn't even out of our driveway before I was singing his praises to my husband and to a friend! The technician was courteous and respectful, friendly, efficient. In about 90 minutes, we had a new garage door opener and it's so much quieter than our old one! I have no complaints! On top of that, I had been trying to contact various garage door repair companies for the past 2 weeks or so and could never get a callback. I called Precision just yesterday and was shocked when I was asked if "tomorrow" would be good. I thought we were facing months without a functioning garage door!
