I have hired this company on several occasions in the past 4 to 5 years. I’ve been very pleased with their overall service. They installed a heavy duty garage door which was special ordered to meet my specifications. They installed a motorized Garage Door screen also. They installed a new garage door opener and belt system. The quality of the products which I’ve purchased from them have been excellent. I’m pretty particular and pay attention to details….this company is willing to accommodate this. I highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed with Precision. First of all I got a pic of the technician before he arrived at my home. Security is key and I felt that was taken into consideration. Jordon arrived at my home, provided several options for repairing or replacing my 1970 garage door. No high pressure sales tactics. Just the facts. I chose to replace the door which required a bit more work. Matthew arrived today and the team delivered just as Jordon stated. Rarely do you find a company where cross departments are that instep. JD showed up early to replace the busted springs on my old door and after his in-depth inspection I was convinced to just replace the whole door. 18’ door improperly installed on detached workshop May 26.. When I finally installed my opener some ten days later, the torsion spring was so overtightened it blew out my powerful 1hp Sommer direct drive when i tried to close door. The large t-strut on the top panel was in wrong place . It was below top roller bracket instead of being above it. This made it impossible to use the reinforcement bracket the installers left me. After making my own bracket, the opener, which is rated for 1200 pounds,buckled trying to close the 440 pound door. Two weeks after the mis-installation, a technian was sent to correct the problems. To further earn this poor review, I was charged a $65 service fee. My phone appeal of that fell on deaf ears.

My experience with Precision door was excellent from the first phone call to the completion of the repair! After Hurricane Michael it can be difficult to get service or repairs done. The very helpful person that answered the phone and took my service request was professional and thorough. I received an email confirming my appointment which was reassuring. Receiving a text telling me the technician was on his way with his picture included gave me peace of mind! Once the technician arrived he was very personable, professional and thorough in his assessment of the necessary repairs. He did not press me to add items but gave me all the options and explanation needed to make the right decision regarding the repairs needed. And he was able to complete the repair the same day - no rescheduling! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I am totally satisfied with the services and the products that I received from this company. They first came out to my house because my garage door would not close - same day service! I was shown the problem with my door and was told I needed to replace it. It took a couple of weeks for the door to come in; but once it did, they came right out to install it. After about two weeks I seemed to notice that the door was noisy as it went up and down. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem - at no charge!!! I am so impressed with this company. They come when they say they're coming and the installers are super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives!!!

I chose Precision because of their same day service. The guys came out and diagnosed my problem and told me I needed a new door. They were able to close my old door so that my garage was secured. A few days later I accidentally hit the door opener in my car and had to call the guys to come back out to close my door. They came out that day and took care of the problem. I have ordered a new garage door and I'm very anxious to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Precision based on their service so far.
