Technician was at our house within a couple of hours for review / service call. We were given 3 options / levels of repair and opted for the 10 year warranty. A second tech was in the vicinity and they were able to complete the task same day. Garage door is running quieter than it has in 25 years. Polite, professional folks performing the repairs. Very pleased, and hopefully the quality of parts and service today will require little if any future catastrophic repair calls.

My garage door broke Friday night. I called three companies Saturday morning and Precision being one of them. They are the only one that could come out Saturday and actually 4 hours early. Brian came out and evaluated the issues I needed repaired. The price quote and explanation of the damage was explained to me and very fair for a new opener and springs. He said they could repair it today in the afternoon. Brian called back an hour later that they could come within the hour and repair it. Zamir came with all the tools and equipment needed for the repair. He arrived early from another appointment and repaired my door within 1.5 hours. Both Brian and Zamir demonstrated exemplary customer service, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend them and Precision Garage door service over and above any others in the Pace area. I never expected same day service and repair at a very reasonable price. 5 STAR in my book!!!!!!!

This Guy did a great Job. Thomas got here late due to his previous job but evaluated the project and gave us 4 separate quotes and we decided one. He then setup a tech to come in the next morning But all were already slated for installations, so he checked his vehicle to see if he had everything to do the job, and did, so he installed it himself and did a great job in about 1-1/2 hours. I would definitely suggest Precision Garage Doors for all your Garage door needs. Thanks Thomas

Precision Door took care of my garage door very fast! I made the call, Service Tech (Hunter) arrived and completed the work all within 3 hours!! The good reviews that we read on your site! The quick response time for an appointment! The service repairman was on time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did twenty five point inspection and offered me three options on the repairs. He explained everything thourgly until we made the decision on which one we wanted to go with. We went with replacing the parts an a new belt driven opener. Quick repair because he had everything he needed on his truck. He explained in detail what he did and how everything worked.
