Cody was Awesome. On time, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and gave me all the options. He did a great job…. I appreciate him working late into the afternoon/early evening. I hated keeping him away from his family! The only thing I wish i would have know about was the $50 “Convenience Fee” for using a credit card, I probably would have written a check instead. All things considered, I will use Precision again for any garage door issues.

This company is a major rip off. He didn’t have the skills to diagnose the fault and wanted to charge me for every part that he wanted to swap out to see if it would fix it. I could have been charged thousands of dollars and still NOT have a working garage opener. I am a technician and I know there’s a systemic process to troubleshoot faults. This method is ridiculous and a rip off. I would have given zero stars if the option was available!

We called Precision after our friend had a spring break on her garage door, and Precision made the repair quickly and efficiently. We knew from her experience that Precision was a reliable company and called for a safety inspection for our 2 garage doors. Nathan arrived promptly. He was very thorough and knowledgable. We have lived here 1 year and suspected the doors had not been maintained properly. Nathan provided us with multiple options and estimates on the spot. Garage doors run quieter and smoother after Nathan completed the Tune up! Thank you, Nathan, for a job well done. We’ll definitely call Precision with any future garage door needs.

I purchased new garage doors through Lowe's and they use Precision to install them locally. They were courteous, did an awesome job on the installs and cleaned up very well afterwards. I will use them again when/if the need arises. Great service - THANK YOU!
