We had a relatively new Genie garage opener that quit working completely. All the remotes and even the wired garage opener in the garage quit working. Bryan diagnosed the problem and had it all working in 15-20 minutes. Outstanding job! I will call you again if any further problem arise and probably just get a new system from you since the Genie seems to be unreliable. Thanks to Bryan for the great customer service!!

Bryan was a great technician. He tried to fix my problem several ways before coming to the conclusion that I needed a new garage door opener. He explained the different packages that were available with the cost for each option. He installed the new opener in a timely manner and went through its operating instructions with me. Also programmed the opener to the button in my truck. Very satisfied and would recommend.

My garage door broke Friday night. I called three companies Saturday morning and Precision being one of them. They are the only one that could come out Saturday and actually 4 hours early. Brian came out and evaluated the issues I needed repaired. The price quote and explanation of the damage was explained to me and very fair for a new opener and springs. He said they could repair it today in the afternoon. Brian called back an hour later that they could come within the hour and repair it. Zamir came with all the tools and equipment needed for the repair. He arrived early from another appointment and repaired my door within 1.5 hours. Both Brian and Zamir demonstrated exemplary customer service, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend them and Precision Garage door service over and above any others in the Pace area. I never expected same day service and repair at a very reasonable price. 5 STAR in my book!!!!!!!
