A huge thank you to Cody & Hunter, they were on time very courteous and friendly. Their quote was considerably higher than another company’s. They worked with me and lowered their quote to match the other companies (I realize that they may of had some additional/better parts and services included originally, that the other company didn’t) but they took the time to get/keep my business. They were able to complete the work right then and there in a timely manor. Would highly recommend them again. Thank you.

Cody was Awesome. On time, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and gave me all the options. He did a great job…. I appreciate him working late into the afternoon/early evening. I hated keeping him away from his family! The only thing I wish i would have know about was the $50 “Convenience Fee” for using a credit card, I probably would have written a check instead. All things considered, I will use Precision again for any garage door issues.

After hearing that they were over-booked, somehow Cody was able to come and adjust the “close” setting on my door. I tried to do it myself and wasn’t able to do so. He also did a much-needed inspection on the entire system. Much appreciated!

Precision Garage Door Service of Pensacola provided excellent customer service when our garage door spring broke. I enjoyed the ability to book an appointment online. As a customer I appreciated the fact that prior to arrival I got both a phone call from the technician and a text along with a picture of who would be working on the repair. In addition, the company offers both senior and military discount which is always appreciated. Cody was my technician and he arrived on time, completed the safety inspection and reviewed my concerns before creating an estimate with my options for repair. He went over in great detail the various options and warranty. We ended up upgrading and replacing all moving parts on the door and added the 10 year warranty.Cody's work was exceptional and the additional spring allowed for much easier use. I would highly recommend this company.

My neighbor was having his garage door serviced and I asked if Precision would be able to service my garage door as well. Cody our service tech called the office and was able to fit me in the schedule that afternoon. I was thrilled with the thoroughness of his review of the garage door and his recommendations. The springs as well as the bearings needed replacement due to age. Cody was extremely professional and kind and completed the job within an hour. He spent time explaining everything in detail. The technicians arrived right on time and was able to troubleshoot all my issues with my garage door. I knew the old chain drive unit I had was obsolete and the door was hard to open even with the emergency release disengaged. The technicians explain to me that was a balancing problem in the springs I had we're too small for that door which I actually already knew. I diagnosed everything and gave me an estimate on the spot and fortunately had everything they needed in the truck to complete the entire job at the time of arrival. Very pleased with the service and the hospitality provided by the technicians would highly recommend precision garage door service.

When my garage door has a problem, I choose Precision Door because they care about the client’s problem and find immediate solutions. Working with their tech Alex and Jason is great because they take the time to explain everything. My problem this time was worst than a broken spring. It was found that we needed to replace the whole door and system. Got immediate quotations for a new door.

Very easy to schedule. Went on their website and they had same day appointments. Cody came out to service my garage door, called me that morning to give me an estimated time of arrival. Did a very thorough inspection and provided me with his findings and offered me 3 different options for repais/installation. Did the work right away. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Couldn't be happier with the service...definitely recommend!!!!
