All went well with the repair of our garage that wouldn't open and close. The chain was too loose and couldn't be tightened to fix that. We opted to replace an older motor, got a new spring, and had everything lubricated. We now have a much quieter opening/closing garage door. The rep was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them highly. Thank you~~~

An all around great experience. I called on Monday afternoon, and within 24 hours we had a new motor, rebuilt door, and brand new keypad. Alex & Tyler were very polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We appreciated the advance texts complete with photos and some information about each staff person. Thank you for a safer, quieter door and the great keypad.

I have used Precision Door in the past with outstanding results and my most recent experience was of the same highest standards. The trained technician was knowledgeable, professional and identified a potential safety problem. He quoted a reasonable cost and proceeded to complete the work efficiently and explained with much patience showed what was done and provided training on system operation. Before choosing Precision I read their reviews and they are 5 star ratings. I highly recommend this company based on the young man that helped me. Alex Tran did a great job explaining my issues with my garage door . Along with his trainee they did a great job repairing my door. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to you both!

I am a long-time repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service in Penscola and will continue to be in the future. Their service, as always, was very prompt, timely and efficient. Early on a Sunday morning my old garage door opener was activated by me and I was greeted by a loud grinding noise. i knew it (the motor) was trashed. I immediately made a call to Precision and expected I would have to have to leave a message (it was early Sunday morning) and was really quite surpised to be greeted by a lady who quickly found my name, phone and other particulars from the company previous service records. She assured me that I would be contacted and on Monday I was contacted by Alex Tran who arrived at my home and made all the arrangements for a new Liftmaster motor installation. A two-person team - Zamir Dyer and Jabre Jones arrived on Tuesday noon to take down my old door opener and install a new LiftMaster. .I observed these two young men and to me they seemed like the Dynamic Duo. They were polite (answered all my technical questions) while they worked as a well-coordinated team. The job/task was efficiently completed in an hour. I was really quite impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. Both are to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced- on time and on target! Well Done Precision! I purchased the 10 year warranty garage door repair package (springs/rollers/cables). Service was good, but I specifically asked the individual providing my options if the 10 years included parts AND labor and the answer was yes, however, when receiving my receipt it stated labor was only covered for 1 year. The work was already done, so I was already committed at that point.

Alex Tran, was prompt, professional, and provided a quality install of my broken spring. My Door opener was 14 years old and still chain driven, we discussed replacing with a wall mounted unit and the installers arrived to replace my old door opener just as Alex was completing his job. I called the service number at 11 pm, and had an appointment at 10am the next morning and the door was fixed by 11 am. Thanks.
