Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were very helpful with answering any initial questions. Our technician Alex Tran was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This company is a major rip off. He didn’t have the skills to diagnose the fault and wanted to charge me for every part that he wanted to swap out to see if it would fix it. I could have been charged thousands of dollars and still NOT have a working garage opener. I am a technician and I know there’s a systemic process to troubleshoot faults. This method is ridiculous and a rip off. I would have given zero stars if the option was available!
