We couldn't be more pleased with the service from the first call to the receptionist who was gracious and friendly to Hunter who came and gave the estimate and ended up installing a new unit. The receptionist was pleasant and most helpful in setting up an appointment the same day. A call indicating estimator to be on the way as well as a text message was most helpful. Hunter was quick to discover the problem and took quick action. He had everything on his truck to complete the repair and done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and removed with a fully operating door opener.

I am a long-time repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service in Penscola and will continue to be in the future. Their service, as always, was very prompt, timely and efficient. Early on a Sunday morning my old garage door opener was activated by me and I was greeted by a loud grinding noise. i knew it (the motor) was trashed. I immediately made a call to Precision and expected I would have to have to leave a message (it was early Sunday morning) and was really quite surpised to be greeted by a lady who quickly found my name, phone and other particulars from the company previous service records. She assured me that I would be contacted and on Monday I was contacted by Alex Tran who arrived at my home and made all the arrangements for a new Liftmaster motor installation. A two-person team - Zamir Dyer and Jabre Jones arrived on Tuesday noon to take down my old door opener and install a new LiftMaster. .I observed these two young men and to me they seemed like the Dynamic Duo. They were polite (answered all my technical questions) while they worked as a well-coordinated team. The job/task was efficiently completed in an hour. I was really quite impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. Both are to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced- on time and on target! Well Done Precision! I was told that the feature I wanted fixed even though it is a selection on the controller is not available because Precision was sued by Genie, and I was charged a 50 dollar service charge for no service!

They did a great job, but was a little expensive. They charge a $49 service call just to give an estimate and don’t roll the price into the work if you have them do the work.

We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!.
