All went well with the repair of our garage that wouldn't open and close. The chain was too loose and couldn't be tightened to fix that. We opted to replace an older motor, got a new spring, and had everything lubricated. We now have a much quieter opening/closing garage door. The rep was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. It started with a polite person answering the phone and giving an opportunity to explain what my issue was and then getting an appointment for the next day.
