I chose Precision Door Service because I've dealt with them in the past. They responded quickly and arrived during the scheduled time. The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair and maintenance. The issue has been completely resolved. Very satisfied. Drawbacks include the service fee if using card (I wrote a check), and the lack of a military discount in this large military community.

I was told that the feature I wanted fixed even though it is a selection on the controller is not available because Precision was sued by Genie, and I was charged a 50 dollar service charge for no service!

They did a great job, but was a little expensive. They charge a $49 service call just to give an estimate and don’t roll the price into the work if you have them do the work.
