We had an issue with neither one of the garage door sensors illuminating as they should. After some troubleshooting, I could not determine the cause, so we called Precision. They had installed the garage door opener several years ago and did a great job. Tommy showed up that same morning, a big smile on his face, and very friendly. We discussed the problem and he went right to work. After inspecting the system, he determined that the motor was the culprit. Tommy removed and replaced the motor, reconnected the necessary components, completed the up / down travel limit adjustments, reprogrammed the remote access panel, and we were good to go. Once Tommy was completed, he cleaned up the entire work area, leaving nothing behind. I was very pleased with his performance. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

I am a long-time repeat customer of Precision Garage Door Service in Penscola and will continue to be in the future. Their service, as always, was very prompt, timely and efficient. Early on a Sunday morning my old garage door opener was activated by me and I was greeted by a loud grinding noise. i knew it (the motor) was trashed. I immediately made a call to Precision and expected I would have to have to leave a message (it was early Sunday morning) and was really quite surpised to be greeted by a lady who quickly found my name, phone and other particulars from the company previous service records. She assured me that I would be contacted and on Monday I was contacted by Alex Tran who arrived at my home and made all the arrangements for a new Liftmaster motor installation. A two-person team - Zamir Dyer and Jabre Jones arrived on Tuesday noon to take down my old door opener and install a new LiftMaster. .I observed these two young men and to me they seemed like the Dynamic Duo. They were polite (answered all my technical questions) while they worked as a well-coordinated team. The job/task was efficiently completed in an hour. I was really quite impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work. Both are to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness. Bottom line: I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced- on time and on target! Well Done Precision! I chose Precision Door Service because I've dealt with them in the past. They responded quickly and arrived during the scheduled time. The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair and maintenance. The issue has been completely resolved. Very satisfied. Drawbacks include the service fee if using card (I wrote a check), and the lack of a military discount in this large military community.
