Tech Riley Potters was right on time. Inspected door, checked numerous items and then showed me estimate to do repairs. He was efficient in his work and very neat with minor details. Job went smoothly and timely. Enjoyed talking with him since I'm somewhat familiar with Pensacola. This is the second time I have used this company and very pleased with the results and personel. My Technician was Derek Homan and all I can say is WOW! He was very friendly, informative, and went way above and beyond to ensure my old garage door was shut before he left. I'm getting a new door but I was concerned that the door would be open until that new door was installed. He should be commended!!

Amazingly prompt service and resolution to my garage door dilemma. Seems I failed to notice the door was closing at the same moment I was backing out (odd how that happened...ha). I called Precision, was greeted immediately by a pleasant and professional man who found my past customer information and assured me someone would arrive in a 2 hour window set for the afternoon. It seems I no sooner placed the call that a technician was in my drive. He was non judgmental, assessed the problem and assured me it was an easy fix. I was back to pre encounter condition in no time, relieved and thrilled beyond belief. How great to have access to such fine and competent people. Thank you....thank you.
