Eddie was very professional and courteous! We just moved into our beach home and we did not have any remotes to open the garage door, only a keypad which was a pain. He looked over our system and saw a couple of items that needed attention and he gave us a quote but there was no pressure at all. He set up two remotes for us and we are very happy. We had a relatively new Genie garage opener that quit working completely. All the remotes and even the wired garage opener in the garage quit working. Bryan diagnosed the problem and had it all working in 15-20 minutes. Outstanding job! I will call you again if any further problem arise and probably just get a new system from you since the Genie seems to be unreliable. Thanks to Bryan for the great customer service!!

Wyatt arrived assessed the broken spring situation and provided options for repair / replacement of the springs and replacement of the garage door opener. We chose the green springs and the recommended garage door opener. Wyatt repaired and replaced the springs and installed the opener in a very timely manner. We couldn't be more pleased with the service from the first call to the receptionist who was gracious and friendly to Hunter who came and gave the estimate and ended up installing a new unit. The receptionist was pleasant and most helpful in setting up an appointment the same day. A call indicating estimator to be on the way as well as a text message was most helpful. Hunter was quick to discover the problem and took quick action. He had everything on his truck to complete the repair and done within two hours. Everything was cleaned up and removed with a fully operating door opener.

We were so pleased with all things related to the repair of our garage door. I was able to get an appointment for the same day that I called, which was wonderful. The office staff was helpful getting a time that worked as I had an appointment to keep. Cody came out an inspected our problem which was a broken main spring. He assessed the condition of the whole mechanism and helped us decide what was the right path to take. Tyler and Jacob came out to do the work. Tyler changed out the main spring, put in new coils and rollers. He showed us how the make the opener "learn" code numbers. The bottom line is that Precision Door is just about perfect. Everyone was so helpful and patient, as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
