I called at 3 pm and Dawson arrived by 5 pm. He was incredible! He tried to fix the problem I was having until we both realized I would need a new opener. He had everything he needed on his truck. Dawson was incredibly polite and patient with all my questions. His knowledge base of all products warranties, and costs was fantastic. He installed the new opener in no time. I have nothing but great things to say about Dawson and Precision. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone who needs repairs or replacement.

Communications were excellent throughout. Dawson was my technician. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and provided options for repair. Precision Door took care of my garage door very fast! I made the call, Service Tech (Hunter) arrived and completed the work all within 3 hours!! I was lucky they had an opening and was very appreciative of a job well done. Hunter was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps he was going to take to repair my door. Can’t say enough good about Precision Door. They originally installed our garage door in 2019 and were very proud and thorough. We have had them out twice since then for routine maintenance. Most recently technician Dylan Shipman came out and checked over everything and found a couple bolts that needed tightening. He was great. We will always call Precision for our garage door needs.

Hunter arrived as scheduled, performed multiple tests of existing opener and determined that it needed to be replaced. He gave us multiple replacement options including detailed comparisons. A new belt drive opener and rail was chosen. Based on our schedule he was able to install it immediately. The new unit was faulty, a new motherboard was installed to no avail. No hassle as he called and a new door operator was delivered momentarily. Installation completed, tested and explained. Excellent sevice and would highly recommend.
