All went well with the repair of our garage that wouldn't open and close. The chain was too loose and couldn't be tightened to fix that. We opted to replace an older motor, got a new spring, and had everything lubricated. We now have a much quieter opening/closing garage door. The rep was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. My garage door broke Friday night. I called three companies Saturday morning and Precision being one of them. They are the only one that could come out Saturday and actually 4 hours early. Brian came out and evaluated the issues I needed repaired. The price quote and explanation of the damage was explained to me and very fair for a new opener and springs. He said they could repair it today in the afternoon. Brian called back an hour later that they could come within the hour and repair it. Zamir came with all the tools and equipment needed for the repair. He arrived early from another appointment and repaired my door within 1.5 hours. Both Brian and Zamir demonstrated exemplary customer service, professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend them and Precision Garage door service over and above any others in the Pace area. I never expected same day service and repair at a very reasonable price. 5 STAR in my book!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company! From the ladies that answered the phone to schedule the work to the final service. Hunter came out first to give me an estimate for two garage door openers. While at my house he noticed that the 33-year-old spring was about to go (the spring on the other door had previously been replaced) so he replaced it that day. Hunter gave an excellent price for the two garage door openers and installation. However, I backed out of the deal. Austen called me and was very nice. He just wanted feedback on how they lost my business. Just to make this story short, the other company I went with trying to get a better deal did not work out. So, I called Austen to take me back! He was very gracious and I'm so glad that I did. He sent out Trung who was so polite, patient and capable. He installed one door opener (bought at a local big box store) and it did not work. He installed the working opener and said to call back when I have a new one for the other door. So, I got a new one and Tyler came out. Tyler was also the patient professional and finished the job! He did not leave until everything was cleaned up and he was sure that there was not anything else that I needed. This review is so long because I want everyone to know that it was not a straightforward job and I received excellent service with friendliness, respect and integrity!

They installed a heavy duty garage door which was special ordered to meet my specifications. They installed a motorized Garage Door screen also.
