My excellent experience started when I was given an appointment that was scheduled to occur within two hours of my phone call. The appointment confirmation text included the technician's profile. Matthew was personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. He also reprogrammed my remotes. I highly recommend Precision Door Service of Pensacola for any garage door needs.

We had a Precision Overhead Door put in some years ago and have had very good service with it. This afternoon the overhead door was acting up a bit and I couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called Precision Overhead Door to schedule a technician to come out and check it out. They sent a young man named Wyatt out, he checked it out and told me it just needed a little adjusting. He took a small amount of time to adjust it and was a very courteous and friendly person. He went right to work and now the door works fine... Kudos to Precision for hiring a person like Wyatt who is a good example of a technician for this company! Thanks Wyatt for adjusting my overhead door! Patrick Rushing, Pensacola, FL

Precision Garage Doors of Pensacola, Matthew Riley, arrived on time, was professional, and took time to diagnose the issue with my garage door not opening from the outside keypad. After he left, I noted a text message notifying me he was on the way which included his picture and interesting facts about him. I found that to be such a wonderful and professional aspect of the business to actually see who to expect from the company. When I can resolve the issue he diagnosed, I will definitely call Precision Garage Doors to perform the job. They are a 5 star company!

Today Oct 17, 2026 I called Precision Door to reconnect my door drive for me after 8 days following Hurricane ISAIAS. Bryan Lee not only did that but also pointed out the faults in my door system along with a potential hazard. I completely understood his professional and knowledgeable explanations. What an outstanding employee and young man. He deserves high praise and admiration. Thank you, Precision Door for Bryan Lee and his exceptional technical service. The gate opener power supply and back-up battery had sustained damage during the hurricane. Precision Door was out the next day with all the parts to get us back up and running. Both of the techs that helped us were absolutely superb.

Precision arrived on time and had previously upgraded our system to a quiet, belt driven one two years ago. It has worked flawlessly! With the recent hurricane, I had to use the manual release to raise the garage door, but could no get the traveler/trolly to re-engage to the door bracket. While on-site, he fixed thr traveler and the technician also checked my non-working door remote outside that was knocked out rwo years ago during a lightning strike up the street that took out the Internet on the whole street for one of two carriers. He found the remote unusable and replaced it on the spot! Everything worked great and he was gone in about 30 minutes after explaining some self-maintenance issues he found and their 10-year warranty for door springs and pulley upgrade offer. A good deal to look into! Springs and cables break and door roller bearings and pulleys wear out! Been there and had that happen years ago in another state!

The bracket on our garage door that connects the opener to the door had snapped off near the top of the bracket. Brian was able to replace the broken bracket and have the door back in operation in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Brian believed the issue may have been caused by too much pressure on the bracket, so he adjusted door springs to relieve some of the pressure. The door works much smoother now. Something I learned from Brian yesterday; with the door disengaged from the opener, you should be able to manually lift the door up about a foot or so, release it, and it should stay in place. If if it doesn't stay in place, there may be too much spring pressure on the door. If that is the case, I recommend calling Precision Garage Door Service (not a paid endorsement, just really like their work). They do great work! Thank You!

Dylan took care of Our immediate problem in a timely manner. We then discussed options for making Our garage door and opener to last longer than the current warranty was. We agreed on a plan and Tyler came the very next day to install new stronger springs and new wheels, cables and pulley and he serviced the track along with all of the hinges. Our door now is quieter and smooth sounding. Thank You Dylan and Tyler along with Precision Garage Door Service of Pensacola.

To PDP It took a Great man with the name of JAMES out of the Bible to come and fix my door. The service call was great was right on task and the two new garage door openers work like a champ. James did a very good job. I would definitely have him come do my garage in my house. There’s nobody else on the Gulf Coast from New Orleans to Slidell Louisiana to Panama City Beach that I would let work on my garage door precision garage door the best in the business Jeff Creel Pensacola, Florida

Within an hour door was repaired, a new keypad was installed, and system was serviced. A few days after the hurricane in Pensacola I never expected such fast service.

We were extremely happy and very grateful we got ahold of Precision Garage door service. Our garage door broke after we lost power and tried to manually open it. We were not able to close it again so needed to get it repaired ASAP. It happened to be the day after the Hurricane, but Precision answered right away and set up an appt. Due to all the damage from the storm they were not able to make it during the 2 hour window that was set up, but Ed called and explained he was still working on another job. He explained he would be there soon. A couple of hours later he called again and stated he was still an hour away but would still come. This was at 7 pm on a Saturday night. I told him he did not have to come that late, he said he felt terrible that it was so late and he had t made it over yet. I explained that we totally understood that bc of the storm we totally understood and he could come the next day. Ed showed up on Sunday morning when he said he would be here . He was such a kind, professional guy and fixed our door in a very timely matter. We would highly recommend this company, especially Ed. He went above and beyond, and he was such a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much for fixing our door on a Sunday and for being such a great, fair and honest guy! We will tell all of our neighbors about this company!
