I chose PGDS as I have used you 4 years ago on a job in Gulf Breeze. Had good experience then with the Tech and we had a great experience with Nathan on our job @ 406 Ronji Way. Nathan did an outstanding job doing the necessary repairs to the garage door and also doing the R&R to our new door opener. Nathan is a very positive credit to PGDS. The technician was very nice and got straight to work once options and price was discussed and agreed with. The Military discount was a big plus although I’d qualify for the senior discount they also offer. The opener is working great and so quiet compared to the last one. I had previously looked them up on BBB and I agree with their A+ rating.

Nathan arrived on time to my residents for annual service on our garage door. During the visit he was very professional and polite. After his inspection was complete he explained in great detail on the performance of our door and let me know what was needed for the tune up. After his explanation I decided to go with the Full 10 year 4 spring Rebuild. I asked how soon he could do it and to my surprise he said TODAY! He went straight to work and completed the job to my satisfaction in 2.5 hours. After completion he explained in great detail every aspect of what he did to the garage door. I was very pleased at how quite and smooth the door now operates. During the payment process I also was given a 10% military discount. I would highly recommend (Precision Garage Door Service) company for your garage door needs

They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage. He did an outstanding job on the installation while being very helpful and efficient. Thanks again for a good job.
