Now I know why Precision Door has so many 5-Star reviews. I am very pleased with every part of the process of engaging the company to cleaning up when the job was completed. Communications were excellent throughout. Dawson was my technician. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem and provided options for repair. I asked a lot of questions, and he provided very specific answers as to why one solution would be better or worse than another. I highly recommend Precision Door if you have any garage door issues.

I have used Precision Door before and they have been awesome. They fixed everything exactly right and did it promptly.Tuis last visit was no exception. My garage door stopped opening and they came next day and repaired it and it works great. Dawson did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

I think there business practices need to be looked at. The two guys were courteous and just following orders. So it all started with contacting the company to come out and replace the spring on my garage door. After they reviewed the problem they showed me four options on the iPad beginning the lowest at $800 and the others ranging up to $3,400. Unfortunately they had me in a bad place, they could do it right then or I could send them off with no way to open my garage door. So I selected the $800 option...$800 to replace the garage door spring. I am still stunned that they had the gall to even propose those amounts. Next time I will find someone else.
