Can’t say enough good about Precision Door. They originally installed our garage door in 2019 and were very proud and thorough. We have had them out twice since then for routine maintenance. Most recently technician Dylan Shipman came out and checked over everything and found a couple bolts that needed tightening. He was great. We will always call Precision for our garage door needs.

Hunter arrived as scheduled, performed multiple tests of existing opener and determined that it needed to be replaced. He gave us multiple replacement options including detailed comparisons. A new belt drive opener and rail was chosen. Based on our schedule he was able to install it immediately. The new unit was faulty, a new motherboard was installed to no avail. No hassle as he called and a new door operator was delivered momentarily. Installation completed, tested and explained. Excellent sevice and would highly recommend.

We're remodelers and we also do maintenance for existing customers. Precision Garage Doors has installed a couple of new doors on our remodeling projects. They have always performed exactly as they stated. I did not realize that they did repair on garage doors until I was searching this morning. I was glad to see them listed. We needed repair on one of the homes that we maintain. They came out the same day and overhauled this garage door and it works like a new door. My customer is very happy and I am very happy. Our garage door cable broke from corrosion after many years of service. I looked up Garage Door service in Pensacola and found this company. After reviewing their reviews, which were spectacular, I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule a visit during the workweek. The dispatcher informed me that she would be able to get someone out to our home the next day. I asked about weekend after hours rates. She then informed me that the same fee applies as weekdays. What a benefit! The next afternoon Dylan showed up on time and did a safety inspections. He gave me three options with the pricing. Precision gave me a military discount being a disable Marine Corp Veteran, I happily accepted. Dylan was efficient with his time and had the whole process , repairing our door with replacement parts he had on his truck. I appreciate the work and highly recommend this company. The good reviews that we read on your site! The quick response time for an appointment! The service repairman was on time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did twenty five point inspection and offered me three options on the repairs. He explained everything thourgly until we made the decision on which one we wanted to go with. We went with replacing the parts an a new belt driven opener. Quick repair because he had everything he needed on his truck. He explained in detail what he did and how everything worked. I highly recommend Cody and this co. for their quick response and his dedication to his Job!! Thanks Cody;

Precision Door took care of my garage door very fast! I made the call, Service Tech (Hunter) arrived and completed the work all within 3 hours!! I was lucky they had an opening and was very appreciative of a job well done. Hunter was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps he was going to take to repair my door. He did an excellent job!
