Bryan was a great technician. He tried to fix my problem several ways before coming to the conclusion that I needed a new garage door opener. He explained the different packages that were available with the cost for each option. He installed the new opener in a timely manner and went through its operating instructions with me. Also programmed the opener to the button in my truck. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Technician was at our house within a couple of hours for review / service call. We were given 3 options / levels of repair and opted for the 10 year warranty. A second tech was in the vicinity and they were able to complete the task same day. Garage door is running quieter than it has in 25 years. Polite, professional folks performing the repairs. Very pleased, and hopefully the quality of parts and service today will require little if any future catastrophic repair calls.

Dawson, the technician was great. He looked at the situation, listened to my explanation of what transpired. He first hooked the manual release back up which I couldn't get it to reattach. Then he went thru some diagnostics and asked me some additional questions and came up with the conclusion that I had an old ac motor unit and just overheated, when I kept trying to get the door re-engaged. After waiting for the unit to cool down, it works!

Same day service. Prompt, professional and they know what they're doing. I've previously used them three years ago due to a lightning strike in close proximity damaging my garage door motor. So today when my spring broke, they came out within 2-3 hours of my call and repaired my garage door. All was great until I got the bill. $769 for changing the spring which is nearly $200 higher than the Florida high range for a hurricane door, which I do not have. This was the lowest service offered to fix my spring. They are ridiculously overpriced and I'm not sure their exceptional service warrants the price you pay for the job.

Your communication with us was outstanding. We inquired on line and had an appointment in one working day. Dawson was informative about your products and the timeliness of your scheduling process. He estimated a three to four week waiting period for installation - it was three weeks. Nathan brought our new door and removed our old door. In the process he uncovered possible termite damage. He re-assembled our old door and showed me how to move the door in order for a termite inspection. Fortunately it was not termite damage. I contacted your office and within a week Nathan returned with Coy and installed our new extremely quiet door in less than four hours. We are extremely happy with your service. We will happily recommend your company if the opportunity arises.
