Our garage door stopped working on a Monday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a serviceman out the very next morning. They said he would arrive between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. He was there at 10:00 am. He assessed our problem and their technician arrived at 4:00 pm and had our new garage door installed within a couple of hours. We were given several options regarding the motor and we felt all three were fair. Their service from the moment we called the office until the finished installation was great. We had heard good reviews on Precision and they were absolutely true. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for garage door issues.

Paid really good money to have an insulated and wind rated garage door installed. At the time of installing the door no one mentioned my garage door opener may not be able to handle the new door. After 6 mos the opener failed and when precision came out to inspect THEN they notified me the opener wasn’t strong enough. When asked why I was not told when the door was installed they said most of the time when they tell people they don’t want to spend the money. When I pushed back at this excuse I was told “well it worked up to this point didn’t it?” Spoke with a manager and was offered a solution but it still didn’t set right with no considering I had spent a lot of money with them. I ordered a side mounted opener and installed it myself. Will not use them in the future because before I installed the new opener I do a balance test and the springs needed to be tightened. After that the old opener worked again. But I went forward with installing the new opener anyway.

Precision door service offered us solutions to replace a failed track system which would have meant replacing the garage door as well. New lift system works great and their service was excellent

Our tech Hunter K. was outstanding......I called last minute regarding just a basic tune-up (lube and insp.) of our double-car garage since it had been a few years. Hunter responded within time specified and checked our dated system, made some adjustments and did the best he could with it. My tension spring broke on my garage door. A family friend referred Precision Garage Door Service to do the repair. They were very easy to contact in the late afternoon and I had an appointment for the next morning. Cody came out and took care of all my needs. He was very professional and courteous. I was routed to Precision by the manufacturer of my doors. I don't know if Precision installed it originally about 13 years ago. A spring broke on Friday and I couldn't open the door. I called Precission and they had a technician there late that afternoon to evaluate and give me a price. He was back at 8 a.m. Saturday and did what he called an overhaull on both doors. He worked quickly ant answered my questions. I can't say yet how this will holld up in the long run but from all appearences it is excellent work. I especially commend him on getting it done on a weekend..Ater he had given me a price and I accepted it, I asked if they gave a military discount, He said they did and they honorred it. He also corrected a problem I had been having since the original installation with one of the doors not closing without holding the button down for the whole cycle on sunny days about 6 months of the year due to sun angle. The new opener works great.

We first used Precision garage in 2018 to repair a broken garage spring. Precision effiently replaced our broken spring with 2 black basic torsion springs. Six years later, they replaced our broken spring with the higher quality green torsion springs with a 10 year warranty. Trung was amazing!
