I called in the morning and technician, Jack Maskery, arrived around 1:15 pm the same day. I knew ahead of time who my technician was because Precision sent me a text message with his picture and a few details about Jack. Jack called me 15 mins before his arrival to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided me with 3 service options, with pricing, based on my needs. He also helped me pick the best choice based on my plans for our garage door, which will need to be replaced in the near future. He quickly replaced the springs and 3 bearings on my door, then explained exactly what he'd done and why. Jack was very friendly and a great communicator. Throughout the process I knew what he was doing and how long it would take. To put this service call into perspective, a competitor told me they couldn't get to me for 5 days. Not great when your car is in the garage and you are unable to manually open the door to get it out. Overall a great experience.

Kenny did an absolutely wonderful job with our two garage door openers. He quickly assessed the problem and explained our options. Very happy with the service. The repair person called to let me know about when he would get to my house. He was also nice and seemed knowable about his job. Did the work and now the door works like new. I'd recommend the company to anyone needing doors or repair.
