Precision is great. We have used them for years. They are quick to respond, have everything they need on their truck. We called for an opening issue which they fixed and found another problem which we didn't know we had. We are good now for 5 years or more.

We had a garage door installed five years ago and we are still very happy with their service provided by Precision Door of Pensacola. When, we couldn’t open the garage door yesterday, we knew the problem was more than a faulty switch the Garage Door Opener had fail us, the technician fully explained the products and in less than two hours we had a brand new garage door opener installed. We would like to say thank you to the technician Riley Potters, he was polite and courteous.

I am overly pleased with my experience with Precision door service! From the time I picked up the phone to when the service guys pulled out of my driveway, it was a top notch experience. It isn’t very common anymore to find people who care about the job they are doing and take pride in doing it. The two gentlemen who came to my house were a breath of fresh air. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. That is rare these days. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. To top it all off, it was affordable! Called Precision to come out and look at my garage door opener. it shook and made a loud noise when closing door. Tech told me my door was unbalanced. He also told me that he could do some adjustment on my old opener, but I had my mind made up that i wanted a new opener with Wifi. He balanced the door and installed the Linear opener w Wifi that is belt driven and i love it. Tech installed app on my phone and did the setup for me. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people and company.

I received an add in a bulk mailing and kept it in case I ever needed a garage door repair. When my garage door wouldn't open I called the Ph# on the add and was connected to a very polite and knowledgeable person who booked a repair for later that day. The young man that showed up at our home was very polite and explained the repair and the estimated cost. The repair was done as quoted and the job-site left clean and neat. We are very happy with the experience with Precision and we will keep their name on file for future needs and to be able to recommend them to neighbors and friends! Jim Murphy

I called at about 8am and Wade and his partner were at my home by 9:30am on the same day! I was super impressed with their response time. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was, they replaced parts and I was using my garage door within a very short time. This company is pretty impressive with their backgrounds on their employees and making sure you know who's coming to your home. Pretty amazing!

Fabulous same day service. My technician was Darrell and he was great. I would highly recommend your company and will be a loyal customer going forward.
