A little pickup to start but the install tech got that cleared with the office. The tech was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, certainly knew his job, yand quick to install. Cleaned up, asked for questions but anything I might have had, had already been answered during the install.

Nathan has been out to our home at least a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options (door is 18 yrs. old). At this time, we just had to opt for the most affordable to get us by. Our insurance company is requiring us to put a new roof on and is to be completed this week. We are retired and money is tight with constant maintenance at our home. We will reach out to you in the future if anything else is needed. You all had to come out a couple of years ago. The main coils snaped and we could not get our door to open. You all were at our home the next day. I could not get my car out of the garage but not an emergency.

Excellent work. Spring broke at 3pm. Called these guys and had someone at the house by 4:30pm. They did an exceptional inspection, showed me what flaws there were in the initial build. Offered to just fix the spring and bearings or if I would like them to correct all of the issues. I went ahead and elected to fix everything in hopes this won’t be a recurring appointment. The techs were fast, got everything corrected and walked me through it. I can’t say enough good things. For the immediate service and solid work it is well worth the price.

I choose Precision Door Service because it was after 6 pm when my garage door broke and my van was stuck in the garage. I googled garage door repair and they were one of the first ones listed. They were open until 8 pm.The gentleman that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. He scheduled me for the next day between 11:00 and 2:00.Jacob called and asked if he could come by sooner. He showed up about 10:30 and looked over everything. He gave me several choices and explained each one. He was very patient and understanding while I contemplated which choice to make. When I finally decided he went to work right away.It took several hours for him to complete the job. He was very considerate and respectful of my property. When he was done he went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. I am so glad I made the decision that I did because it works great! I definitely recommend them. Especially Jacob.

Quick response - able to set up appointment next day. Technician called ahead and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed in no time. The technician, Alex Tran, was courteous and professional. Precision replaced our opener and rebuilt the door hardware about 8 years ago. Super work and super service.
