Our garage door stopped working on a Monday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a serviceman out the very next morning. They said he would arrive between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. He was there at 10:00 am. He assessed our problem and their technician arrived at 4:00 pm and had our new garage door installed within a couple of hours. We were given several options regarding the motor and we felt all three were fair. Their service from the moment we called the office until the finished installation was great. We had heard good reviews on Precision and they were absolutely true. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for garage door issues.

Alex Tran, was prompt, professional, and provided a quality install of my broken spring. My Door opener was 14 years old and still chain driven, we discussed replacing with a wall mounted unit and the installers arrived to replace my old door opener just as Alex was completing his job. great expereince, from the first call to cody coming to zamir, who by the way great response time, cody communicated to use after his initial 25 point inspection,gave us all our options inclding pricing. then it was zamirs turn after being summoned arrival 20 minutes , went to work 2 hours later, which the time was told to us by zamir. no oh by the way. professionalism all around, polite , hard woking, finished job went thru the in and out of new opener helped us program what was needed and asked about. did not leave until we were satisfied that everything was covered. great job ladies and gentlemen.highly,highly, recommend them!!!

A little pickup to start but the install tech got that cleared with the office. The tech was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, certainly knew his job, yand quick to install. Cleaned up, asked for questions but anything I might have had, had already been answered during the install.

Nathan has been out to our home at least a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options (door is 18 yrs. old). At this time, we just had to opt for the most affordable to get us by. Our insurance company is requiring us to put a new roof on and is to be completed this week. We are retired and money is tight with constant maintenance at our home. We will reach out to you in the future if anything else is needed. You all had to come out a couple of years ago. The main coils snaped and we could not get our door to open. You all were at our home the next day. I could not get my car out of the garage but not an emergency.

The quick scheduling and getting the job done extremely fast was great! Unfortunately the door stopped opening correctly less than two weeks after the job. It jolts like it's going to come off the track now.
