Cody came out and reset me garage door opener again. He did a good job and am pleased with what he did. However, I have to say that I am not pleased that this happens so often. Hopefully it will not have to be reset every time we have a thunderstorm. This is the second time this has happened in the past several months. After paying over 2,000 dollars to have my garage door rebuilt back in October, I can't help to think that there is a problem with the motor that closes the door. I guess we will have to see what happen in the future.

We first used Precision garage in 2018 to repair a broken garage spring. Precision effiently replaced our broken spring with 2 black basic torsion springs. Six years later, they replaced our broken spring with the higher quality green torsion springs with a 10 year warranty. Trung was amazing!

I purchased the 10 year warranty garage door repair package (springs/rollers/cables). Service was good, but I specifically asked the individual providing my options if the 10 years included parts AND labor and the answer was yes, however, when receiving my receipt it stated labor was only covered for 1 year. The work was already done, so I was already committed at that point.

I chose Precision Door Service because I've dealt with them in the past. They responded quickly and arrived during the scheduled time. The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair and maintenance. The issue has been completely resolved. Very satisfied. Drawbacks include the service fee if using card (I wrote a check), and the lack of a military discount in this large military community.

They did a great job, but was a little expensive. They charge a $49 service call just to give an estimate and don’t roll the price into the work if you have them do the work.

A neighbor recommended this business. I filled out my request for service online and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Precision Door was quick to respond with texts and phone calls. My appointment was double booked with another customer. I was given priority since my car was locked in my garage due to a broken overhead spring, and I had a doctor's appointment that I needed to make. Cody came at 8 am, got my car out, and asked if he could service the other booked appointment next and come back later the same day. I agreed. While waiting, I read helpful bios and reviews on line. Reading the reviews helped me realize that they offer a military discount (which I was given). It also helped me realize that they charge a convenience fee for using a credit or debit card. I wrote a check and was still charged the convenience fee. I realized this when I read over the itemized invoice. I asked my wife to double check my figures. She agreed and called Precision Door the next day. After she spoke to a person in the Pensacola office about the overcharge, we are expecting that fee to be reimbursed.

They did a great job and were very friendly. My one complaint is, not telling me that there would be a $29.15 service fee if I used my debit card. If I would have known that, I would have written a check.

Came to our aid quickly as our spring broke on garage door and couldn’t get the car out. The technician gave us several options for repair and upgrades. Seemed pricey but did an outstanding job. Looks good and everything in good working order now.

I’m very happy with the professionalism of the installers. I think they were very informative with the issues I was having my garage door opener. My one complaint is that they took my Ryobi door opener with them without even asking me.

Technician was great, only gave 4 stars vice 5 due to the keypad on the outside of the garage would not program so the installer called someone and they said Home Depot will call me to obtain a new outdoor keypad and then someone will come and install it program it.

JD did a very fine job installing the garage door springs, but im really shocked.why you only have a 90 day warranty on new parts just bevause I didnt purchase everything that your technician recommended? New springs when bought have a 5 year warranty.
