Hunter Kinnard came out to my house on 12/10/25 to fix my garage door. Hunter was on time and when he arrived he was very professional and mannerly. He was professionally dressed. He looked at the garage to determine the issue. Once he figured out what was wrong he took the time to fully explain to me what the issue was and he explained in layman's terms, very easy to understand, what he would do to fix the garage door. I had a lighting strike and it knocked out the garage door opener. Contacted Percision and they sent out technician Dylan Shipman and he did an excellent job. The repair took about an hour and a half and I’m very satisfied.

I think there business practices need to be looked at. The two guys were courteous and just following orders. So it all started with contacting the company to come out and replace the spring on my garage door. After they reviewed the problem they showed me four options on the iPad beginning the lowest at $800 and the others ranging up to $3,400. Unfortunately they had me in a bad place, they could do it right then or I could send them off with no way to open my garage door. So I selected the $800 option...$800 to replace the garage door spring. I am still stunned that they had the gall to even propose those amounts. Next time I will find someone else.

They were very responsive! Waiting for a broken garage door to be fixed adds to the stressors of life after a short period. Made the call on a Tuesday and had service same week Friday!! I called Precision after a four month debacle with a Fix-it company that left me with an inoperable garage door. After guesswork replacement/removal of sensors, motor, and wall station, they abandoned the job. I called other companies and was unable to get scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or my calls weren’t returned at all. I saw a Precision truck on my drive home from work. The logo/branding 24/7 advertising caught my eye as did the fact that they were out working after hours. From first call to completed service, Precision was pleasant and professional. I received a text alert letting me know the technician was on the way, as well as a picture of the technician, Christopher Clifton.
