I called them this morning and they were able to come out this morning to assess my need for a new door or fix the one I have. My technician Cody Green and his orientee called and asked if they could come early. I shared yes. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They spent time checking out my garage door. Same day service. Prompt, professional and they know what they're doing. I've previously used them three years ago due to a lightning strike in close proximity damaging my garage door motor. So today when my spring broke, they came out within 2-3 hours of my call and repaired my garage door. All was great until I got the bill. $769 for changing the spring which is nearly $200 higher than the Florida high range for a hurricane door, which I do not have. This was the lowest service offered to fix my spring. They are ridiculously overpriced and I'm not sure their exceptional service warrants the price you pay for the job.

Our tech Hunter K. was outstanding......I called last minute regarding just a basic tune-up (lube and insp.) of our double-car garage since it had been a few years. Hunter responded within time specified and checked our dated system, made some adjustments and did the best he could with it.
