The technician was very nice and got straight to work once options and price was discussed and agreed with. The Military discount was a big plus although I’d qualify for the senior discount they also offer. The opener is working great and so quiet compared to the last one. I had previously looked them up on BBB and I agree with their A+ rating.

Nathan arrived on time to my residents for annual service on our garage door. During the visit he was very professional and polite. After his inspection was complete he explained in great detail on the performance of our door and let me know what was needed for the tune up. After his explanation I decided to go with the Full 10 year 4 spring Rebuild. I asked how soon he could do it and to my surprise he said TODAY! He went straight to work and completed the job to my satisfaction in 2.5 hours. After completion he explained in great detail every aspect of what he did to the garage door. I was very pleased at how quite and smooth the door now operates. During the payment process I also was given a 10% military discount. I would highly recommend (Precision Garage Door Service) company for your garage door needs

I was easily able to book a Saturday appointment online with less than 24 hours out. Alex and Josh showed up and did a perfect job getting my clackety, busted-up garage door renewed (springs, rollers, bearings, etc.). Price was reasonable and quality of parts and service is apparent. I had an overnight catastrophe with my garage door and Precision came to the rescue! Kenny and the gentleman that was with him (forgive me I forgot his name) were outstanding, professional and very personable. They fixed my garage door better than it was brand new. Very easy to schedule. Went on their website and they had same day appointments. Cody came out to service my garage door, called me that morning to give me an estimated time of arrival. Did a very thorough inspection and provided me with his findings and offered me 3 different options for repais/installation. Did the work right away. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Couldn't be happier with the service...definitely recommend!!!!

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were very helpful with answering any initial questions. Our technician Alex Tran was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He presented all options and was not pushy on upselling and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us at the time. The new garage door opener that he installed works great, the installation was high quality and he left the garage clean. He took the time to walk through the new installation and answer any questions.

My garage door stopped working, so I called Precision Door and they sent a technician out the following day. Brian (York) arrived, professional and courteous, and we discussed my options. He was very knowledgeable, and provided his recommendation. After discussing with him, I decided on a new PDS 801, installed by him. The installation took approximately 90 minutes total with the consultation, and I was back in business! Amazing work, and technician. Thank you!
