Wyatt arrived assessed the broken spring situation and provided options for repair / replacement of the springs and replacement of the garage door opener. We chose the green springs and the recommended garage door opener. Wyatt repaired and replaced the springs and installed the opener in a very timely manner. He removed the debris and left the garage in a very clean condition! I would highly recommend Wyatt and your company to anyone needing this type of repair service!

Our garage door stopped working on a Monday afternoon. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a serviceman out the very next morning. They said he would arrive between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. He was there at 10:00 am. He assessed our problem and their technician arrived at 4:00 pm and had our new garage door installed within a couple of hours. We were given several options regarding the motor and we felt all three were fair. Their service from the moment we called the office until the finished installation was great. We had heard good reviews on Precision and they were absolutely true. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for garage door issues.
