Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!

.For some reason my garage door opener's stopped working, even my new Hyundai Palisade stopped working. After a couple of hours of reading the manuals and failed attempts I called Precision. Fortunately for me they had a serviceman nearby and could come immediately. Mike showed up and, within 10 minutes, had the problem solved, including programming all the remotes. He volunteered to program my car, which he did. He inspected my system and recommended new rollers, which I agreed to. The difference in the operation and sound of my door was significant. Great Job.

I called in the morning and technician, Jack Maskery, arrived around 1:15 pm the same day. I knew ahead of time who my technician was because Precision sent me a text message with his picture and a few details about Jack. Jack called me 15 mins before his arrival to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided me with 3 service options, with pricing, based on my needs. He also helped me pick the best choice based on my plans for our garage door, which will need to be replaced in the near future. He quickly replaced the springs and 3 bearings on my door, then explained exactly what he'd done and why. Jack was very friendly and a great communicator. Throughout the process I knew what he was doing and how long it would take. To put this service call into perspective, a competitor told me they couldn't get to me for 5 days. Not great when your car is in the garage and you are unable to manually open the door to get it out. Overall a great experience.

Great service and professionalism! Garage door spring let go on Sunday morning with two cars inside the garage. Called Precision based on previous experience Sunday, spoke with a live agent who scheduled me for Monday morning. Monday the tech called and was on his way, arrived early and got to work. Jack, the tech was extremely courteous and professional, working around the two cars, providing me with three estimated depending on how much I wanted done and a price for each. I made my choice, he got to work, was done in less than an hour and all was well. Finding good service providers in the panhandle can be hit or miss. I've had two great experiences with Precision and have no reason to think you wouldn't as well.
