When I started looking for help with our garage door, I asked three friends who to call. All three recommended Precision. Now I know why. It's just amazing what Nathan was able to do. There was a multitude of issues with so many parts of our 37 year old garage door that needed repair. Nathan explained what he could do to correct all the defects. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and he covered all the bases necessary. He solved our problem for sure. My wife is so happy that we are now able to get our car in the garage again. Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!

They did a great job and were very friendly. My one complaint is, not telling me that there would be a $29.15 service fee if I used my debit card. If I would have known that, I would have written a check.

Called this morning. Garage door would only work manually. Were here within 2 hours. Gave us options on how to get it operational. Made my choice. He installed a new opener and rails, sensors, rollers, etc and it is back in service. Polite, friendly, and competent!

Great Service. Got a txt msg with photo of the technician (Kenny) prior to making the scheduled appoinment time. Kenneth took the time to educate me on routine maintenance I can do inbetween service inspections. Additionally, Kenneth demonstrated how to op's check the "balance" of our Garage Storme Door, what to look for and then went on to perform a "Tune-Up" servicing on our door system. Kenneth is professional, respectful and easy to work with...Thanks Kenny!

We called Precision Door to replace a spring that had broke on our garage door. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appt to the wonderful person that came to do the repair! They give you a courteous text notifying you with the profile and picture of the person coming to service your door!! We had Chris Taylor as the service worker who did our repair! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family when they are needing their services.

Completely satisfied, professional job. One torsion spring broke and I wanted both replaced. Given the age of opener I decided to get new opener also. Jaylen did a good job explaining options and selections, as I wanted chain drive. On the day of the job a wrong part was brought (belt instead of chain), so we had to delay a day. I was OK with that, stuff happens :-) Getting the job all done right the first time is more important. Jaylen got the new springs, opener, and other parts installed quickly and efficiently. He gave a good rundown and demonstration of operation including safety features. Even with chain drive the door is significantly quieter and smoother operation. Very pleased overall, will use again, highly recommend!

Precision responded to the problem I had very quickly. The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair. Since he left the issues seem to have been resolved completely. Very satisfied.
