The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair and maintenance. The issue has been completely resolved. Very satisfied. Drawbacks include the service fee if using card (I wrote a check), and the lack of a military discount in this large military community.

Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!

Great Service. Got a txt msg with photo of the technician (Kenny) prior to making the scheduled appoinment time. Kenneth took the time to educate me on routine maintenance I can do inbetween service inspections. Additionally, Kenneth demonstrated how to op's check the "balance" of our Garage Storme Door, what to look for and then went on to perform a "Tune-Up" servicing on our door system. We called Precision Door to replace a spring that had broke on our garage door. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appt to the wonderful person that came to do the repair! They give you a courteous text notifying you with the profile and picture of the person coming to service your door!! We had Chris Taylor as the service worker who did our repair! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and courteous! We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family when they are needing their services.
