Precision Garage Door of Pensacola Locations

My detached garage door would not open and I asked our HOA residents for recommendations. They recommended Precision and I am so pleased with the courteous and professional service they provided. It was a simple reset needed and there was no charge. I did request several options on future maintenance and/or replacement which I am currently reviewing. These folks are so good you are going to think this review is fake, but it’s not. You know you have a quality company when you call at 5:00 pm just hoping to get a service tech sometime during the week, and the repair tech is there before 6:00pm the SAME DAY. Fixes, in my case replaces the sensor pair, the problem and the bill is way less than you thought, including labor. And no extra charge for coming out on a freezing cold night and he had a smile on his face. The Precision Door people are ALWAYS professional, polite, efficient, and thorough. I asked for a quote for repair of a garage door which has been nonfunctioning since I moved in two years ago. The tech made a detailed assessment - it turns out that the current door is too large for the opening and was probably a poor DIY job. We had a thorough discussion of alternative repair possibilities and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything.

I was amazed of the fast service that I received on October 29. I received an error on my app on my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given an estimated time that they would come to check the issue. I received a call and they came two hours earlier than expected. Kenny called and said they could come in about 45 minutes to check out the issue. They arrived on time and did a 25 point check to make sure that both doors were in good condition. They found the weather stripping was sticking to the doors. This caused the door to jerk up and put pressure on the motor. The second door had the same issue and a spring about to break because of the pressure. So they gave me an estimate on what it would to replace the weatherstripping around the doors and spring with accessories. Kenny and Thomas were able to do the job while they were there. That is what I called fast service and they did a great job. I tested the doors the next cold morning and they went up smoothly. Thanks for a job well done.

I purchased the 10 year warranty garage door repair package (springs/rollers/cables). Service was good, but I specifically asked the individual providing my options if the 10 years included parts AND labor and the answer was yes, however, when receiving my receipt it stated labor was only covered for 1 year. The work was already done, so I was already committed at that point.

As usual -your employees were exceptional. The issue was strange noises coming from the door during opening and closing. The person who took my call was very courteous and concerned.It was not a immediate issue. I was scheduled for two business days later. Matt came and asertained the hinges were causing the noise and he sprayed them with a lubricant and then he did a check of the dorr to see if there were any other issues. Your employees seemed knowledgable and courteous. I appreciate doing business with people who enjoy their work as Matt and your office staff do.
