Cody came out and reset me garage door opener again. He did a good job and am pleased with what he did. However, I have to say that I am not pleased that this happens so often. Hopefully it will not have to be reset every time we have a thunderstorm. This is the second time this has happened in the past several months. After paying over 2,000 dollars to have my garage door rebuilt back in October, I can't help to think that there is a problem with the motor that closes the door. I guess we will have to see what happen in the future.

He assessed my issues, provided 3 options for repair. After choosing my option I asked when I could schedule repair, he said He was going to take care of it right now.
