I can't say enough good things about this company! From the ladies that answered the phone to schedule the work to the final service. Hunter came out first to give me an estimate for two garage door openers. While at my house he noticed that the 33-year-old spring was about to go (the spring on the other door had previously been replaced) so he replaced it that day. Hunter gave an excellent price for the two garage door openers and installation. However, I backed out of the deal. Austen called me and was very nice. He just wanted feedback on how they lost my business. Just to make this story short, the other company I went with trying to get a better deal did not work out. So, I called Austen to take me back! He was very gracious and I'm so glad that I did. He sent out Trung who was so polite, patient and capable. He installed one door opener (bought at a local big box store) and it did not work. He installed the working opener and said to call back when I have a new one for the other door. So, I got a new one and Tyler came out. Tyler was also the patient professional and finished the job! He did not leave until everything was cleaned up and he was sure that there was not anything else that I needed. This review is so long because I want everyone to know that it was not a straightforward job and I received excellent service with friendliness, respect and integrity!

Our tech Hunter K. was outstanding......I called last minute regarding just a basic tune-up (lube and insp.) of our double-car garage since it had been a few years. Hunter responded within time specified and checked our dated system, made some adjustments and did the best he could with it. I was routed to Precision by the manufacturer of my doors. I don't know if Precision installed it originally about 13 years ago. A spring broke on Friday and I couldn't open the door. I called Precission and they had a technician there late that afternoon to evaluate and give me a price. He was back at 8 a.m. Saturday and did what he called an overhaull on both doors. He worked quickly ant answered my questions. I can't say yet how this will holld up in the long run but from all appearences it is excellent work. I especially commend him on getting it done on a weekend..Ater he had given me a price and I accepted it, I asked if they gave a military discount, He said they did and they honorred it. He also corrected a problem I had been having since the original installation with one of the doors not closing without holding the button down for the whole cycle on sunny days about 6 months of the year due to sun angle. The new opener works great.

Hunter arrived as scheduled, performed multiple tests of existing opener and determined that it needed to be replaced. He gave us multiple replacement options including detailed comparisons. A new belt drive opener and rail was chosen. Based on our schedule he was able to install it immediately. The new unit was faulty, a new motherboard was installed to no avail. No hassle as he called and a new door operator was delivered momentarily. Installation completed, tested and explained. Excellent sevice and would highly recommend.
