We had a Precision Overhead Door put in some years ago and have had very good service with it. This afternoon the overhead door was acting up a bit and I couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called Precision Overhead Door to schedule a technician to come out and check it out. They sent a young man named Wyatt out, he checked it out and told me it just needed a little adjusting. He took a small amount of time to adjust it and was a very courteous and friendly person. He went right to work and now the door works fine... I called at 4:50 p.m. on Oct. 12th to report I could not open the garage door. Oct. 13th at 8 a.m. a wonderful service repair technician was at my, door. Within an hour door was repaired, a new keypad was installed, and system was serviced. A few days after the hurricane in Pensacola I never expected such fast service.

We had a relatively new Genie garage opener that quit working completely. All the remotes and even the wired garage opener in the garage quit working. Bryan diagnosed the problem and had it all working in 15-20 minutes. Outstanding job! He estimated a three to four week waiting period for installation - it was three weeks. Nathan brought our new door and removed our old door. In the process he uncovered possible termite damage. He re-assembled our old door and showed me how to move the door in order for a termite inspection. Fortunately it was not termite damage. I contacted your office and within a week Nathan returned with Coy and installed our new extremely quiet door in less than four hours. We are extremely happy with your service. We will happily recommend your company if the opportunity arises.
