My tension spring broke on my garage door. A family friend referred Precision Garage Door Service to do the repair. They were very easy to contact in the late afternoon and I had an appointment for the next morning. Cody came out and took care of all my needs. He was very professional and courteous. He had the repair done in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with the repair and service. I will use them again for any garage door issues. I highly recommend them!

I was routed to Precision by the manufacturer of my doors. I don't know if Precision installed it originally about 13 years ago. A spring broke on Friday and I couldn't open the door. I called Precission and they had a technician there late that afternoon to evaluate and give me a price. He was back at 8 a.m. Saturday and did what he called an overhaull on both doors. He worked quickly ant answered my questions. I can't say yet how this will holld up in the long run but from all appearences it is excellent work. I especially commend him on getting it done on a weekend..Ater he had given me a price and I accepted it, I asked if they gave a military discount, He said they did and they honorred it. He also corrected a problem I had been having since the original installation with one of the doors not closing without holding the button down for the whole cycle on sunny days about 6 months of the year due to sun angle. The new opener works great.

We first used Precision garage in 2018 to repair a broken garage spring. Precision effiently replaced our broken spring with 2 black basic torsion springs. Six years later, they replaced our broken spring with the higher quality green torsion springs with a 10 year warranty. Trung was amazing!

These folks are so good you are going to think this review is fake, but it’s not. You know you have a quality company when you call at 5:00 pm just hoping to get a service tech sometime during the week, and the repair tech is there before 6:00pm the SAME DAY. Fixes, in my case replaces the sensor pair, the problem and the bill is way less than you thought, including labor. And no extra charge for coming out on a freezing cold night and he had a smile on his face. The Precision Door people are ALWAYS professional, polite, efficient, and thorough. I would give them MORE than five stars if I could. Kudos and super well done. Many thanks.

I was amazed of the fast service that I received on October 29. I received an error on my app on my garage door opener. I called Precision and was given an estimated time that they would come to check the issue. I received a call and they came two hours earlier than expected. Kenny called and said they could come in about 45 minutes to check out the issue. They arrived on time and did a 25 point check to make sure that both doors were in good condition. They found the weather stripping was sticking to the doors. This caused the door to jerk up and put pressure on the motor. The second door had the same issue and a spring about to break because of the pressure. So they gave me an estimate on what it would to replace the weatherstripping around the doors and spring with accessories. Kenny and Thomas were able to do the job while they were there. That is what I called fast service and they did a great job. I tested the doors the next cold morning and they went up smoothly. Thanks for a job well done.

I purchased the 10 year warranty garage door repair package (springs/rollers/cables). Service was good, but I specifically asked the individual providing my options if the 10 years included parts AND labor and the answer was yes, however, when receiving my receipt it stated labor was only covered for 1 year. The work was already done, so I was already committed at that point.
