We chose precision door because of the top quality, all aluminum brands of garage doors sold by you. Your ratings online or all Superior as well. This was a garage door to replace the one lost in hurricane Michael. We have had a very difficult time finding somebody to provide are very large door in aluminum with nylon rollers with the style we were looking for. We were not familiar with the company’s name but saw a sticker with their contact information. I was highly impressed with the technician that responded to our location. If he were younger we would’ve adopt him. He was well spoken, knowledgeable, hard working and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. The company could’ve not ask for a better representatives. If I have any issue with the company it would be that they never returned my call when I tried to contact them. All of a sudden, several days later, I received an email stating a technician would be at our house the next day between 12:00 and 2:00. The next day the technician called to notifying us what time he would arrive. From then on it was all good! He replaced Springs, rollers, cables and tightened up everything for 3 10’x7’ doors.
