Precision has always been my choice for garage door service. Although over 100 miles away from me it is the best choice in all directions. Professional, informative, on time, and staff is above and beyond efficient. Thanks for being there. Eddie was polite, kind and helpful. Good job.

Eddie was very professional and courteous! We just moved into our beach home and we did not have any remotes to open the garage door, only a keypad which was a pain. He looked over our system and saw a couple of items that needed attention and he gave us a quote but there was no pressure at all. He set up two remotes for us and we are very happy. We look forward to working with Precision to get our system up to par and to keep it that way.

Bryan was a great technician. He tried to fix my problem several ways before coming to the conclusion that I needed a new garage door opener. He explained the different packages that were available with the cost for each option. He installed the new opener in a timely manner and went through its operating instructions with me. Also programmed the opener to the button in my truck. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Mr Shipman did an excellent job in presenting our problem and giving us a price to repair it. It was repair and function within a few hours. He's a keeper so you might want to give him raise.

I have hired this company on several occasions in the past 4 to 5 years. I’ve been very pleased with their overall service. They installed a heavy duty garage door which was special ordered to meet my specifications. They installed a motorized Garage Door screen also. They installed a new garage door opener and belt system. The quality of the products which I’ve purchased from them have been excellent. I’m pretty particular and pay attention to details….this company is willing to accommodate this. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional from first contact to completion. The technician, Alex, was prompt, very polite and cordial. Performed a thorough analysis and presented two estimates and explanation for each. We chose our option and Alex went straight to work. His work was meticulous, thorough and expertly done in a very timely manner as all required parts and materials were on hand in service truck. The work area was cleaned and operational instructions relayed in a clear, concise and understandable manner. Our two new garage door motors, springs, rollers, controllers, key pads etc., perform perfectly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and would most certainly use them again.

Job went smoothly and timely. Enjoyed talking with him since I'm somewhat familiar with Pensacola. This is the second time I have used this company and very pleased with the results and personel.
