To start with I informed you that I have a Nice Apollo gate closer so a knowledgeable technician could be sent for the service call. That didn't happen!!! After a little time and some tests with a multimeter, I was informed that my operating motor was bad and due to a parts backlog (6 to 8 months) I should consider replacing the system. I then received a quote for$2500.00 to replace the system. I then removed the motor and, with the help of a 12 volt battery, determined that the motor was in fact operable and ,with no gate repair experience, I was able to get the system working by switching the board inputs from motor 1 to motor 2. You need to get Corey Hane out of the field and on your sales team or does he already receive hourly and sales commission? Sorry , I can't endorse you folks!!!

The guys who came out were great. They were able to not only fix the beeping but also repaired cables and rollers and adjust tension that could have been a bigger problem later. They also rest all remotes that I had accidently cleared trying to stop the noise myself. GREAT WORK.

Definitely a 5-star company! I was able to get opener installed the same day I called. Technician called to see if I was available a little early (most people keep you waiting for hours!!), & texted his bio along with a pic so I'd know it was him. Work was fast, quality work, and I had mine connected to Wi-Fi, so he gave me privacy to enter my Wi-Fi password as well as to install smart phone app. Courteous, kind, efficient and these guys know their work! No hesitation is buying from them again or recommending to a friend!

This is by far the very best garage door opener we have had in any of our homes. The key pad for the outside was acting up and all it took was a quick phone call in the morning by that afternoon the tech was on hand and the replaced the pad. Was still under warranty so no cost to us. I do and will continue to recommend Precision Garage door products. Thanks for a great product and super service.

This was my first time to use Precision Garage Door and I was very impressed. From the office staff who set up my appointment for same day service to the 2 Techs who took care of my garage door issue. The Techs found what was causing the problem immediately and they fixed it very quickly. I, also, got them to do an inspection which turned out well and gave me peace of mind. The Techs were very personable and taught me a lot about caring for my garage in the future by answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others.

Bobby Boes, When Corey arrived he went over everything and showed me the cost for repairs of $224.25 I agreed to it . After the Job was completed he presented me with a bill of $324.25 a $100.00 bill;higher however he gave me a military discount of 10% of $34.00. The Job was completed in one hour This is a very high price for labor. No new parts were replaced We would like to have a complete breakdown of these charges sent to us on our Email John1962stella@ att.net We feel we have been overcharged.
