Dawson Cunningham done a great job going over the products that are offered and made a sale. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Matt Riley and a trainee installed the garage doors and was very nice. They were very professional and took pride in putting up our garage doors. As usual -your employees were exceptional. The issue was strange noises coming from the door during opening and closing. The person who took my call was very courteous and concerned.It was not a immediate issue. I was scheduled for two business days later. Matt came and asertained the hinges were causing the noise and he sprayed them with a lubricant and then he did a check of the dorr to see if there were any other issues. Your employees seemed knowledgable and courteous. I appreciate doing business with people who enjoy their work as Matt and your office staff do.
