Nathan was wonderful. He did a full assessment of my garage door and door opener. He asked what I was needing. He presented and explained all of my options. Asking if I had questions. After I had made my decision, he went to work on my requests. After completion he went over every action he had done and how everything worked - even demonstrating how every thing worked. He revisited my warranty and again asked if I had questions. I would recommend Nathan to anyone. Very pleased.

Very timely response to a garage door opener failure with a highly professional technician, Nathan Sams. He walked me through selection of a replacement product and available options. He reviewed products at different price points so I could budget my selection. Once the item was picked, he installed it, double checking everything along the way, and then thoroughly demonstrated how it all worked.
