Nathan was wonderful. He did a full assessment of my garage door and door opener. He asked what I was needing. He presented and explained all of my options. Asking if I had questions. After I had made my decision, he went to work on my requests. After completion he went over every action he had done and how everything worked - even demonstrating how every thing worked. He revisited my warranty and again asked if I had questions. I would recommend Nathan to anyone. Very pleased.

Very timely response to a garage door opener failure with a highly professional technician, Nathan Sams. He walked me through selection of a replacement product and available options. He reviewed products at different price points so I could budget my selection. Once the item was picked, he installed it, double checking everything along the way, and then thoroughly demonstrated how it all worked. We called Precision after our friend had a spring break on her garage door, and Precision made the repair quickly and efficiently. We knew from her experience that Precision was a reliable company and called for a safety inspection for our 2 garage doors. Nathan arrived promptly. He was very thorough and knowledgable. We have lived here 1 year and suspected the doors had not been maintained properly. Nathan provided us with multiple options and estimates on the spot.
