Nathan has been out to our home at least a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options (door is 18 yrs. old). At this time, we just had to opt for the most affordable to get us by. Our insurance company is requiring us to put a new roof on and is to be completed this week. We are retired and money is tight with constant maintenance at our home. We will reach out to you in the future if anything else is needed. You all had to come out a couple of years ago. The main coils snaped and we could not get our door to open. You all were at our home the next day. I could not get my car out of the garage but not an emergency.

Precision Doors responded quickly when I could not get my garage door open on a Monday morning. They sent a technician named Nathan, who did a good job of trouble shooting and repairing the broken door. He performed maintenance on the other door, provided and programmed a new remote and programmed my car so that I could open the doors with the buttons on my mirror. He was personable and professional, and carefully explained options available to me so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed.

Nathan was wonderful. He did a full assessment of my garage door and door opener. He asked what I was needing. He presented and explained all of my options. Asking if I had questions. After I had made my decision, he went to work on my requests. After completion he went over every action he had done and how everything worked - even demonstrating how every thing worked. He revisited my warranty and again asked if I had questions. I would recommend Nathan to anyone. Very pleased.

Very timely response to a garage door opener failure with a highly professional technician, Nathan Sams. He walked me through selection of a replacement product and available options. He reviewed products at different price points so I could budget my selection. Once the item was picked, he installed it, double checking everything along the way, and then thoroughly demonstrated how it all worked. We called Precision after our friend had a spring break on her garage door, and Precision made the repair quickly and efficiently. We knew from her experience that Precision was a reliable company and called for a safety inspection for our 2 garage doors. Nathan arrived promptly. He was very thorough and knowledgable.
