I can't say enough good things about this company! From the ladies that answered the phone to schedule the work to the final service. Hunter came out first to give me an estimate for two garage door openers. While at my house he noticed that the 33-year-old spring was about to go (the spring on the other door had previously been replaced) so he replaced it that day. Hunter gave an excellent price for the two garage door openers and installation. However, I backed out of the deal. Austen called me and was very nice. He just wanted feedback on how they lost my business. Just to make this story short, the other company I went with trying to get a better deal did not work out. So, I called Austen to take me back! He was very gracious and I'm so glad that I did. He sent out Trung who was so polite, patient and capable. He installed one door opener (bought at a local big box store) and it did not work. He installed the working opener and said to call back when I have a new one for the other door. So, I got a new one and Tyler came out. Tyler was also the patient professional and finished the job! He did not leave until everything was cleaned up and he was sure that there was not anything else that I needed. This review is so long because I want everyone to know that it was not a straightforward job and I received excellent service with friendliness, respect and integrity!

Brian L. was on time, efficient, polite and very professional. I felt safe during the entire time he was in my home. He assessed the garage door and explained my choices. Brian was kind and patient as he showed me the invoice and prices. Within a short time, Zamir arrived with all of the equipment to replace the moving parts. He, also was very pleasant and completed the job in a timely manner. Both of these young men are people persons because they have a natural gift of dealing with customers with kindness and empathy. They should be appreciated and rewarded for their hard work and respect for others. Your company uses a solid model for common sense, new employee training not only with teaching the skills, but also knowledge of how to treat customers with respect and understanding. It is vital to a thriving company to take care of their employees to avoid losing them to other businesses. Kenny came out and gave me an estimate for a new door. He went over all of the options to help me find the best door for my needs. He explained the process of how the installers would complete the installation of my new door and he listened to my needs. When I called to get an appointment the whole process went really well and everyone answered any questions I had. If I could give the entire company more than 5 stars I would.
