Requested a quote for a new garage door and not only got a quote but he fixed our current issue for a very fair price. Obviously, rust holes and so on just can't be fixed on something 20+ years old. His effort allows us time to think through everything while not being overly concerned about our current OLD garage door. Furthermore, he apparently FULLY understood our situation/needs for a new garage door as he provided several options and DETAILED information with the quote. As per the norm, we will have at least three (quotes) but I'm about 95% sure we already know who shall replace our garage door. You have no idea how much I appreciated someone being UPFRONT and HONEST. It's called INTEGRTY which is hard to find these days for some reason.... THANKS to the Precision guy who came out today. APPRECIATE YOU!!!! MANAGEMENT: You should be able to trace my appointment today which was scheduled between 1200 and 1400 hours at 202 address number to see who the person was. For security reasons I will not include more information here. The technician/quote person was OUTSTANDING in every aspect.

I called regarding repair of our garage door. Was told I would receive a call from the tech and appointment would be between 4:00 and 6:00. Imagine my surprise when Jake called shortly thereafter and ask if he could come by in 30 minutes! We were not familiar with the company’s name but saw a sticker with their contact information. I was highly impressed with the technician that responded to our location. If he were younger we would’ve adopt him. He was well spoken, knowledgeable, hard working and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. The company could’ve not ask for a better representatives. If I have any issue with the company it would be that they never returned my call when I tried to contact them. All of a sudden, several days later, I received an email stating a technician would be at our house the next day between 12:00 and 2:00. The next day the technician called to notifying us what time he would arrive. From then on it was all good! He replaced Springs, rollers, cables and tightened up everything for 3 10’x7’ doors.
