Very quick response to a broken garage door spring. As in the past, the service was prompt, professional, and efficient. Very good communication by text and notification prior to arrival. I've used them before and I'll use them again!

Wyatt arrived assessed the broken spring situation and provided options for repair / replacement of the springs and replacement of the garage door opener. We chose the green springs and the recommended garage door opener. Wyatt repaired and replaced the springs and installed the opener in a very timely manner. He removed the debris and left the garage in a very clean condition! I would highly recommend Wyatt and your company to anyone needing this type of repair service!

It started with a polite person answering the phone and giving an opportunity to explain what my issue was and then getting an appointment for the next day. The two techs came out, listened to what I had to say, checked things out, and then explained a few solutions. They checked every door and were extremely happy thorough.

I recently hired Precision Garage Door service to troubleshoot and repair my garage door. The experience was top-notch from beginning to end. My technician Tyler Burt was exceptional!! He displayed total honesty, by flagging a calculation discrepancy early, ensuring the final resolution was completely accurate. I also appreciated that throughout the process he kept me informed. Five stars to the entire team for their collaboration, which led directly to a successful project. Many thanks.

Very fast reply to my initial call and an equally fast visit to inspect my garage door. I also had a clear diagnosis and a few options on how to move forward with upgrades or repairs via an email before the rep left my property. Very impressed with my interactions so far.

All went well with the repair of our garage that wouldn't open and close. The chain was too loose and couldn't be tightened to fix that. We opted to replace an older motor, got a new spring, and had everything lubricated. We now have a much quieter opening/closing garage door. The rep was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them highly. Thank you~~~

I have used Precision multiple times in the past and believe that they do their best to keep cost reasonable while everything is going up so much. They are very responsive (usually same day in my experience with them) to resolve the issues and get the garage access restored. I would recommend them.

I chose you because of your excellent reputation and you did a great job in installing a new garage door and system for me several years ago. This time I had a problem with a connection which your technician fixed instantly! So, yes I am very satisfied and highly recommend you!

Precision door service offered us solutions to replace a failed track system which would have meant replacing the garage door as well. New lift system works great and their service was excellent

We're remodelers and we also do maintenance for existing customers. Precision Garage Doors has installed a couple of new doors on our remodeling projects. They have always performed exactly as they stated. I did not realize that they did repair on garage doors until I was searching this morning. I was glad to see them listed. We needed repair on one of the homes that we maintain. They came out the same day and overhauled this garage door and it works like a new door. My customer is very happy and I am very happy. Thank you.

Tried to confuse with 8 different estimates ranging from 800 to 3800. All that was needed was a 300 new opener! Needless to say, we did not use them.

Once again, Precision Garage Door has come through! This time, a minor fix, repairing the opener pad. Their tech, Kamden Jones, was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. In addition to the opener, we discussed replacing the door and the opener assembly with more modern equipment. We had a quote with an hour of the visit...

They were on time gave us the unfortunate news that the card in our old garage door opener was fried and it would cost about $300 or so for a new one - and we would be without the opener until it was received and installed. Therefore we decided to buy their opener, and am I glad I did. It is so quiet you can't hear it while standing inside the garage. He did an outstanding job on the installation while being very helpful and efficient. Thanks again for a good job.

Nathan Hane was my technician who came and checked out my garage door and checked it thoroughly and gave me several things and options to fix what was going on. There was no high pressure to go for the most expensive way but gave me several things that could be done. I appreciated getting a complete update and what I could do and what they would do. He showed me colors and options to choose from and what would be done and that the company would be in touch with me to set up a convenient day and time for me.
