Can I give more than five stars?? I sure would. You all are wonderful people. You care as much for your clients as you do your fabulous product and work. Now that I am a widow, you have made me feel that I don't have to be lost in all of the things I don't know anything about. I will be taken care of, and I have been assured that my husband and I purchased a top-of-the-line garage door. I was told in passing that if a storm came through and blew our house away, our garage door would still be standing. Since his death, I have had service a couple of times, and I have to say that your employees are the most compelling and caring I have ever seen, especially Brian York. He made my day turn around. Your employees engage and empower you. They always leave you with a warm hug and a smile, and my day has become happier and more blessed. I will always sing your praises and recommend you highly. Never lose the sparkle that makes you unique.

After our garage door stopped operating, Precision Door took care of our problem. The technician was very informative and very efficient in completing the repairs. After 18 tears, the cable had worn out and needed replacing. We received more than expected. We highly recommend Precision Door.

We found them through a Google search and also saw a truck on the road. The call center was very helpful. The automated appointment management made for a great customer experience. Jake showed up in the middle of his appointment window on a Saturday. The prices, products, and services were all very good. We will definitely recommend and use them again.

Extremely easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was actually on time which is very unusual in this day and age. Everything was explained to us by the tech. Brian spent at least two hours going over everything. We did not even get another quote for replacing our garage as our confidence in Brian and his company was enough to convince us to go with them.

My neighbor was having his garage door serviced and I asked if Precision would be able to service my garage door as well. Cody our service tech called the office and was able to fit me in the schedule that afternoon. I was thrilled with the thoroughness of his review of the garage door and his recommendations. The springs as well as the bearings needed replacement due to age. Cody was extremely professional and kind and completed the job within an hour. He spent time explaining everything in detail. When I called about my problem I was treated with respect and kindness and was scheduled right away. Shortly after my call Jack arrived and diagnosed my problem right away! Of course at the most inopportune time the garage door spring broke. Quick response, Precision was able to fit me in the following morning. Jack (Service Tech) arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the problem and explained what parts and cost required to return the door to its proper operation. Work was completed followed by a safety inspection. Overall evaluation: Jack arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and very knowledgable. (Precision Overhead also installed my functional storm Shutters) Highly Recommended! john

Started with the garage door not opening and closing well and very noisy. Tech Jack Maskery diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Thankfully he had not left yet when we discovered the openers he had programmed were not working. Jack discovered the motor was shot, so he installed an entire brand new Precision Door Opener. While the cost increased quite a bit, I now have a door opener with a 10-year warranty, the door goes up and down a lot quieter, and Jack was a perfect gentleman and skilled tech. I would highly recommend Precision, and though I don't know the other techs, I would ask for Jack. ????
