Nathan arrived on time to my residents for annual service on our garage door. During the visit he was very professional and polite. After his inspection was complete he explained in great detail on the performance of our door and let me know what was needed for the tune up. After his explanation I decided to go with the Full 10 year 4 spring Rebuild. I asked how soon he could do it and to my surprise he said TODAY! He went straight to work and completed the job to my satisfaction in 2.5 hours. After completion he explained in great detail every aspect of what he did to the garage door. I was very pleased at how quite and smooth the door now operates. During the payment process I also was given a 10% military discount. I would highly recommend (Precision Garage Door Service) company for your garage door needs

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were very helpful with answering any initial questions. Our technician Alex Tran was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He presented all options and was not pushy on upselling and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us at the time. The new garage door opener that he installed works great, the installation was high quality and he left the garage clean. He took the time to walk through the new installation and answer any questions.

Called Precision one afternoon about garage door not opening/closing properly. Early next morning Joshua arrived right on time. He diagnosed problem promptly and corrected it in short order. Then performed a "tune up" on the door. An additional problem was discovered and Joshua returned early the next morning to take care of that issue. Dealing with Joshua and Precision has been a positive experience for me. I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future if the need should arise.

Alex Tran did the work and I am very pleased. He was courteous and left the garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. He installed a new opener, rail, spring and nylon rollers. Very professional and Alex was right on time. I called at 8 am and got an appointment for later that day. After he inspected the door he gave us two different estimates so we could decide to repair or replace. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision.
