Kerry & Kenny were fantastic! Both were professional, courteous, and respectful. Kerry had initially alerted me to termite damage- we stopped - I had the issue checked out & taken care of. I called on a Tuesday to schedule them to come back & wanted them to come that Friday due to my elderly mother only being able to get out of the house through the garage. The office rearranged the scheduling for Friday. (You don’t see that these days) Kerry & Kenny explained in detail everything from new motor, lighting, etc…. & help set the keypad & remotes. Kerry & Kenny picked up their debris and even took some damaged termite boards of mine. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. And if I need you in the future, I will ask for Kerry & Kenny.

I rarely give 5 stars on reviews, but Brian and Precision Door deserve that if not more. With serious hiccups on oiur 20-year-old-plus opener and erratic universal remote, we needed help. Precision responded well on a very good chat service and set up an appointment the day after we chatted. Brian was personable, concerned for our needs and went through check efficiently. He showed me how the hiccups could relate to a bad board in our opener, and we agreed on a new and much quieter belt opener. Within a bit more than an hour he had uninstalled the old equipment and put in all new equipment, setting a new outside code as well. And the total price was well within what we expected to pay for all of it.

Very timely response to a garage door opener failure with a highly professional technician, Nathan Sams. He walked me through selection of a replacement product and available options. He reviewed products at different price points so I could budget my selection. Once the item was picked, he installed it, double checking everything along the way, and then thoroughly demonstrated how it all worked. I am confident of the product and the service being the best choice. BTW, he left my garage clean. Thanks.

We found them through a Google search and also saw a truck on the road. The call center was very helpful. The automated appointment management made for a great customer experience. Jake showed up in the middle of his appointment window on a Saturday. The prices, products, and services were all very good. We will definitely recommend and use them again.

After hearing that they were over-booked, somehow Cody was able to come and adjust the “close” setting on my door. I tried to do it myself and wasn’t able to do so. He also did a much-needed inspection on the entire system. Much appreciated!

Precision Garage Door Service of Pensacola provided excellent customer service when our garage door spring broke. I enjoyed the ability to book an appointment online. As a customer I appreciated the fact that prior to arrival I got both a phone call from the technician and a text along with a picture of who would be working on the repair. In addition, the company offers both senior and military discount which is always appreciated. Cody was my technician and he arrived on time, completed the safety inspection and reviewed my concerns before creating an estimate with my options for repair. He went over in great detail the various options and warranty. We ended up upgrading and replacing all moving parts on the door and added the 10 year warranty.Cody's work was exceptional and the additional spring allowed for much easier use. I would highly recommend this company.

Precision Doors carry top quality, impact-resistant garage doors in a variety of styles and colors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and quickly got me the right choice. The installation occurred about when it should have. The door has to be ordered, so there is a time delay between sale and installation. But the technician installed the door. The color matched the house. The door worked perfectly. You cannot ask for much more from a locally owned firm.

Very professional from first contact to completion. The technician, Alex, was prompt, very polite and cordial. Performed a thorough analysis and presented two estimates and explanation for each. We chose our option and Alex went straight to work. His work was meticulous, thorough and expertly done in a very timely manner as all required parts and materials were on hand in service truck. The work area was cleaned and operational instructions relayed in a clear, concise and understandable manner. Our two new garage door motors, springs, rollers, controllers, key pads etc., perform perfectly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and would most certainly use them again.

Extremely easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was actually on time which is very unusual in this day and age. Everything was explained to us by the tech. Brian spent at least two hours going over everything. We did not even get another quote for replacing our garage as our confidence in Brian and his company was enough to convince us to go with them.

Very pleased with the technician. He was pleasant, prompt and professional. Did a thorough check to determine issue. Not happy that even though opener is on a residential door, I get charged commercial just because the opener is on a roll-up door. Also not happy with poor quality of the Dominator opener. 1 year warranty ended in May. Opener failed in June.

I called regarding repair of our garage door. Was told I would receive a call from the tech and appointment would be between 4:00 and 6:00. Imagine my surprise when Jake called shortly thereafter and ask if he could come by in 30 minutes! Jake went right to task found the problem and also gave me other options in the future for additional concerns. Would definitely recommend Precision and Jake in particular.

We were not familiar with the company’s name but saw a sticker with their contact information. I was highly impressed with the technician that responded to our location. If he were younger we would’ve adopt him. He was well spoken, knowledgeable, hard working and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. The company could’ve not ask for a better representatives. If I have any issue with the company it would be that they never returned my call when I tried to contact them. All of a sudden, several days later, I received an email stating a technician would be at our house the next day between 12:00 and 2:00. The next day the technician called to notifying us what time he would arrive. From then on it was all good! He replaced Springs, rollers, cables and tightened up everything for 3 10’x7’ doors.
