They did a great job and were very friendly. My one complaint is, not telling me that there would be a $29.15 service fee if I used my debit card. If I would have known that, I would have written a check.

Very easy to schedule. Went on their website and they had same day appointments. Cody came out to service my garage door, called me that morning to give me an estimated time of arrival. Did a very thorough inspection and provided me with his findings and offered me 3 different options for repais/installation. Did the work right away. Cody was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Couldn't be happier with the service...definitely recommend!!!!

They worked with me and lowered their quote to match the other companies (I realize that they may of had some additional/better parts and services included originally, that the other company didn’t) but they took the time to get/keep my business. The quick scheduling and getting the job done extremely fast was great! Unfortunately the door stopped opening correctly less than two weeks after the job. It jolts like it's going to come off the track now.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they were very helpful with answering any initial questions. Our technician Alex Tran was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He presented all options and was not pushy on upselling and allowed us to make the decision that was best for us at the time. The new garage door opener that he installed works great, the installation was high quality and he left the garage clean. He took the time to walk through the new installation and answer any questions.

My garage door stopped working, so I called Precision Door and they sent a technician out the following day. Brian (York) arrived, professional and courteous, and we discussed my options. He was very knowledgeable, and provided his recommendation. After discussing with him, I decided on a new PDS 801, installed by him. The installation took approximately 90 minutes total with the consultation, and I was back in business! Amazing work, and technician. Thank you!
