I called for a garage door inspection due to my door supports failing. The technician came promptly and gave me a 25 point inspection where as my door failed. After receiving an evaluation, explanation and a cost effective recommendation from the tech., I chose to replace my non-working garage door. Less than 7 days later, I received a call from the Precision Door Manager's Desk to schedule an install. The install occurred less than 10 days after my initial inspection. The installation was superb. The technician, Mr. Tsong (I hope I have spelled his name correctly) did a splindid job. He was very well organized, efficient, clean and courteous. Mr. Tsong cleaned as he went and kept his working area safe from slip, trip, and fall debris. A very fine and professional employee representing Precision Doors. Overall, my experience with Precision Doors from start to finish was excellent. Simply put I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs you might have. They installed two doors for me a few months ago and did a wonderful job. I did have some concerns with one of the doors after a few months and called them. I called at 10:50 AM and two (well qualified) technicians were at my door at 12:50. They quickly recognized the problem, made the needed adjustments, and even did a complete inspection of both doors making some minor adjustments that I wasn't even aware of being needed. They even lubricated both doors before they left. Overall, they left me feeling really good about the service they provided. Oh yes, they were very kind and friendly asking me more than once if there was anything else that they should be aware of or needed. And my costs for this service....0...that's a zero!

Precision were amazing! They spent months correcting the issues cause by Home Depot with my Clopay doors and waited calming until my Builder finally got to where they should have been when they had me order the doors. (storing said doors safely). Their install was flawless! All their employees were super helpful. Thank you

Technician Trung Phan arrived promptly on time. He introduced himself. He was very courteous, cordial and respectful. He explained every aspect of the garage door and garage door opener installation. He stayed focused on the work until the installation was completed. He made sure that the complete product package worked before finishing. He made sure that I had all the appropriate product paperwork. He advised me about the county inspector that still needed to sign off on the installation and gave me a date for the inspection. I would recommend this company for its products and service. I would definitely recommend Technician Phan for his work ethic and dedication to his work. Technician Phan is a great representative of the company. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.
