Great job by the 2 men that came out to do a free estimate. They informed me that they could install the door at that time instead of having to schedule an appointment. Only negative thing I had was that the work was almost double what they quoted me over the phone, I agreed to do it more for time than anything. Very informative associates and very knowledgeable.

I was upset when I called 6/15/2020 at 5:30 needing my rolling steel door secured and they told me it would be Friday before any one could come out. I have worked for a steel door company in the past and I would have gone to secure a company's door. 5/19/2020 Jason came out and did some work to make the door safe until parts come in to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and nice.

Looked up garage door repair/install and saw your company name. I have seen your trucks all over Pensacola also. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and professional. Your install person, Jason, was very good. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is due to the fact that I had to do all of the follow up on checking to see if the parts were in and then to see if and when the installation was going to be scheduled. After Jason left the first time on 5/13, I never received any calls to let me know what was happening. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company.

Techs arrived on time, were very professional my only issue with this install is that there is approximately 6 or so areas that they spray painted on door which doesn't match original color (was told to let sun fade) since this was new paint. Little concerned that brand new door now appears to have "spots" on it?

The service was professional, fast they provided good documentation. However, I did ask the door closure tension be adjusted. It does not appear that this was done. I cannot stop the door from closing with my hand. I think that is a safety hazard.

JD is the person that came to my house to check my garage door opener. He was on time and went right to work trying to fix my problem. After trying to adjust the door, he told me the motor was bad. I find it very hard to believe the motor is bad when it will open the door (half way) and then close it again. JD was very professional and I appreciate the service.

They came out to evaluate the same day I called. Important to me because I cannot manually lift my door. Immediately identified the problem and gave me three alternatives for repairing the door lift. I chose the one that would get my repair done as quickly as possible. They did not have the part needed on the truck, so I would have to wait until the next day. The only thing that I was not pleased about was that they did not call me to schedule the repair. I had to call them the next day, but they did offer to send the first available repairman to my house. Problem solved.

I understand the service call fee, even though it's high. But if all he has to do is tighten a belt and reconnect a wire then it's called a tune up special for an additional $60. So it was $110 for a 10 min visit where most of that time he was just filling stuff out on the laptop. Appreciate him fixing it but something that simple shouldn't require an additional fee on top of the service fee.
