A huge thank you to Cody & Hunter, they were on time very courteous and friendly. Their quote was considerably higher than another company’s. They worked with me and lowered their quote to match the other companies (I realize that they may of had some additional/better parts and services included originally, that the other company didn’t) but they took the time to get/keep my business. They were able to complete the work right then and there in a timely manor. Would highly recommend them again. Thank you.

Service was quick and well done. Service rep assessed the problem and offered several suggestions to correct and was very polite. The problem was fixed and I was asked to look over the work that was completed. Requested a quote for a new garage door and not only got a quote but he fixed our current issue for a very fair price. Obviously, rust holes and so on just can't be fixed on something 20+ years old. His effort allows us time to think through everything while not being overly concerned about our current OLD garage door. Furthermore, he apparently FULLY understood our situation/needs for a new garage door as he provided several options and DETAILED information with the quote. As per the norm, we will have at least three (quotes) but I'm about 95% sure we already know who shall replace our garage door. You have no idea how much I appreciated someone being UPFRONT and HONEST. It's called INTEGRTY which is hard to find these days for some reason.... THANKS to the Precision guy who came out today. APPRECIATE YOU!!!! MANAGEMENT: You should be able to trace my appointment today which was scheduled between 1200 and 1400 hours at 202 address number to see who the person was. For security reasons I will not include more information here. The technician/quote person was OUTSTANDING in every aspect.

Everyone from the person who took my call to schedule to the person I talked to after the work was great. The 2 technicians introduced themselves when they arrived. I needed a spring and I got 3 quotes on different types of service. I went with a “rebuild” quote that had better springs, rollers, drums, cables and new brackets. It took them around 1.5 hours. They answered all my questions plus gave me advice on lubricating of the door. This option came with a 10 year warranty on the parts. It wasn’t just the work but the communications that I received from them. Got an email the morning before my scheduled date saying they had an opening, a text when the techs left plus several phones calls. Originally I was just expecting a couple of springs but offering the upgrades and answering my questions I decided to upgrade. Yes it was more than I expected however I believe you get what you pay for. Very satisfied doing business with them.

My service technician (Kerry) was very prompt, polite and professional. He worked very hard on a difficult installation, but never showed any sign of frustration.
