I chose Precision Door Service because I've dealt with them in the past. They responded quickly and arrived during the scheduled time. The repair person was very polite and took the time to explain the problems and give me several options for repair and maintenance. The issue has been completely resolved. Very satisfied. Drawbacks include the service fee if using card (I wrote a check), and the lack of a military discount in this large military community.

Precision door was quick to respond to my concerns with my garage door that was binding and would not close. It was quickly determined that some adjustments and parts were needed. The tech arrived promptly and adjusted everything that was discussed. Springs were replaced and new rollers were installed to make closing quieter. The tech was quick and did a great job.

They also came in with an A++ rating from the BBB, something no one else had! I called and had Bailey Parker at my door in less than 2 hrs. He reviewed my problems, inspected my door and made repair suggestions. Within 45 minutes, Hunter Kinnard was at my home installing new springs, cable, rollers and making adjustments to finish my repairs. They were both super knowledgeable, great listeners, and very professional in every way! I am super pleased with this business and their knowledgeable employees. I would suggest them to anyone for all your garage needs!

Alex Tran, was prompt, professional, and provided a quality install of my broken spring. My Door opener was 14 years old and still chain driven, we discussed replacing with a wall mounted unit and the installers arrived to replace my old door opener just as Alex was completing his job. I called the service number at 11 pm, and had an appointment at 10am the next morning and the door was fixed by 11 am. Thanks.
