Quick response - able to set up appointment next day. Technician called ahead and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed problem and fixed in no time. The technician, Alex Tran, was courteous and professional. Precision replaced our opener and rebuilt the door hardware about 8 years ago. Super work and super service.

A little pickup to start but the install tech got that cleared with the office. The tech was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, certainly knew his job, yand quick to install. Cleaned up, asked for questions but anything I might have had, had already been answered during the install.

Nathan Hane was my technician who came and checked out my garage door and checked it thoroughly and gave me several things and options to fix what was going on. There was no high pressure to go for the most expensive way but gave me several things that could be done. I appreciated getting a complete update and what I could do and what they would do. He showed me colors and options to choose from and what would be done and that the company would be in touch with me to set up a convenient day and time for me.

We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!. When I started looking for help with our garage door, I asked three friends who to call. All three recommended Precision. Now I know why. It's just amazing what Nathan was able to do. There was a multitude of issues with so many parts of our 37 year old garage door that needed repair. Nathan explained what he could do to correct all the defects. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and he covered all the bases necessary. He solved our problem for sure. My wife is so happy that we are now able to get our car in the garage again.
