Your communication with us was outstanding. We inquired on line and had an appointment in one working day. Dawson was informative about your products and the timeliness of your scheduling process. He estimated a three to four week waiting period for installation - it was three weeks. Nathan brought our new door and removed our old door. In the process he uncovered possible termite damage. He re-assembled our old door and showed me how to move the door in order for a termite inspection. Fortunately it was not termite damage. I contacted your office and within a week Nathan returned with Coy and installed our new extremely quiet door in less than four hours. We are extremely happy with your service. We will happily recommend your company if the opportunity arises.

Dawson Cunningham and a newer employee Carson, were absolutely fantastic. The explained everything and were patient and kind to us with our situation. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my family and friends. Also, shout out to being able to call them this morning and having this taken care of on a Friday at 5pm. Great team and great experience. Thank you all.

It started with a polite person answering the phone and giving an opportunity to explain what my issue was and then getting an appointment for the next day. The two techs came out, listened to what I had to say, checked things out, and then explained a few solutions. They checked every door and were extremely happy thorough.

I needed a key pad replacement. Quick response -- technicians were here the morning after I called. Technicians (Alex and Carson) were professional, courteous and friendly. They replaced the keypad, then helped me find the app to work the garage door through my phone. Highly recommended -- I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great company, they installed a new garage opener this past year and I thought it was having issues. The technician came out to check it out and greased the wheels and made a minor adjustment. Working without problems. The technicians were kind and respectful and heard my concerns. All is well with my garage door. Thanks guys.

Bryan was a great technician. He tried to fix my problem several ways before coming to the conclusion that I needed a new garage door opener. He explained the different packages that were available with the cost for each option. He installed the new opener in a timely manner and went through its operating instructions with me. Also programmed the opener to the button in my truck. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Technician was at our house within a couple of hours for review / service call. We were given 3 options / levels of repair and opted for the 10 year warranty. A second tech was in the vicinity and they were able to complete the task same day. Garage door is running quieter than it has in 25 years. Polite, professional folks performing the repairs. Very pleased, and hopefully the quality of parts and service today will require little if any future catastrophic repair calls.
