Brian was great! Along with being very professional, he was very personable and knowledgeable. After the inspection, he told me of the things that needed or didn't need to be repaired. He was not pushy at all, which I appreciate. The door worked great when he was finished! I appreciated the senior discount as well. I will definitely be using Precision in the future if the need arises.

Arrived on time. They gave us the option to repair the old opener or replace with a new one. No pressure at all. We decided to replace our old opener. Casey did it quickly and then did a great job explaining all the operation and new features if the new opener.

J.D. and his partner were wonderful! They were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem immediately with their visual inspection. Within 15 minutes they had it fixed and functional! They gave me some practical information to avoid having this problem again. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had an issue with our garage door that Precision had installed last year, the hinge pulled right through the door. I called yesterday and the guys came out this afternoon to fix it. As always, they were super courteous and personable. I feel the cost was acceptable, although I thought it would have been covered since the door is only about 6 months old, they did waive the service call, so I'm okay with it. I've always had great experiences with Precision and would recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced or a new system installed. Thanks for the great service, guys!
