I was stranded and couldn’t get my garage door to go up...for a Senior Citizen this is an issue as the garage door is very heavy! Precision Door Service was awesome! Great service! The technician was very efficient and very respectful. Explained what needed to be done in detail and had my garage door fixed in a very timely manner. I have referred them to my neighbor across the street. I plan in getting a new Linear Operator soon. This Company was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

Your team made short, but professional work of linking a 2005 relic homelink to your Precision opener. Was afraid there might be a problem but fear was unnecessary as it works and we are happy with the results. Thank your team from us. We always look forward to their professionalism. Sorry, but the service performed did not list what we needed done. To link a homelink to your Precision opener. Opener did NOT require repairs.

The service was amazing and the ordering and arranging of the service was extremely efficient. Even though the technician did not know ahead of time what he had to deal with, he was completely equipped to handle a complete changeout of the track system, and immediately got to work on it. He provided guidance also on some future work I was thinking about. RJ is now my garage door brain trust guy!

U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of 32 yrs. Called and had a Technician out in an hour. RJ and Cole(the techs) were professional and friendly. I told RJ what I wanted to have addressed on my garage door (everything short of replacing the entire thing) and he gave me the quote on the spot. I asked when the soonest they could schedule me in and he told me that he had everything on the truck to complete the job immediately. Of course I said yes to that! Great work guys! Keep up the good service.

Advertising, marketing, customer service staff, an on-site cost evaluation and installation performed by experienced technicians that appear to really enjoy there job, no kidding! Kudos to the owner. A quality product (Haas garage door systems) at a reasonable/fair price with an excellent warranty. I will recommend Precision Door Service to everyone... NO COMPLAINTS...WERE ON TIME AT 8AM WHICH SURPRISED ME. THEY CALLED ME ON THE TELEPHONE...I ONLY WISH THEY HAD RUNG THE DOOR BELL INSTEAD OF WAITING IN THE TRUCK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SPRAYED THE DOOR LININGS AND ADVISED ME NOT TO USE WD-4O. TOLD ME THE PROPER SPRAY TO USE AND WHY. YOUR COMPANY IS A-OK WITH ME. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.

I like your style and would love to pick your brain about the business. I am a new business owner in the Vacation Rental industry, but looked at several. I didn't realize garage doors was such an active niche until I started looking around. Also, RJ was great. I can tell he's very concerned about getting me a quote on a wood door, which is atypical construction material these days.

Honestly I just looked at the full picture, liked the ratings and since I felt the last technician that I asked to come out because it was making so much noise, and I felt it was working too hard, and something was wrong-my son also asked me about it -and the technician said everything was fine, and this happened that led me to believe it should have be rebalanced or rebuilt somewhat back then, I just wanted to try a new company. As you know you have a good reputation, I like the Angies list award and Homeadvisor winner, BBB and the reviews, so I tried you.

RJ arrived right on time and clearly explained all of the various options to my wife. He also took pictures to make sure the garage door he recommended would be correct. He was very polite and answered all of her questions without any sales pressure. We found Precision through a Google search for garage doors.

Precision Doors carry top quality, impact-resistant garage doors in a variety of styles and colors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and quickly got me the right choice. The installation occurred about when it should have. The door has to be ordered, so there is a time delay between sale and installation. But the technician installed the door. The color matched the house. The door worked perfectly. You cannot ask for much more from a locally owned firm.
