I am so impressed with Precision Door Service. The technician wasn't even out of our driveway before I was singing his praises to my husband and to a friend! The technician was courteous and respectful, friendly, efficient. In about 90 minutes, we had a new garage door opener and it's so much quieter than our old one! I have no complaints! On top of that, I had been trying to contact various garage door repair companies for the past 2 weeks or so and could never get a callback. I called Precision just yesterday and was shocked when I was asked if "tomorrow" would be good. I thought we were facing months without a functioning garage door!

RJ was my service technician. He was professional in appearance and demeanor. He performed a 25 point evaluation and presented me with options. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener. The logic board had been zapped by an earlier lightning storm. The garage door was back in operation in short order, Great job
