Your Technicians were ahead of scheduled and called to let me know and they arrived about 30 minutes ahead of time. I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and appearance. Both shook hands and introduced themselves then asked what the problem was with the door. It turned out to be something very simple and I felt stupid for calling but they didn't make me feel that way. Would I recommend you guys I would say Heck Yes...Also your website is really good...demos everything that I as a client would want to know. MANY THANKS!

My garage door stopped working so I looked up repair services online. This company claimed to come the same day you call. I called immediately and the person who answered the phone was very efficient and scheduled my appointment for that afternoon. The techs called before coming, were very nice and professional. They had my garage door working and did maintenance and were finished in thirty minutes. I will definitely use them when have issues with garage doors and will refer them to friends. Technician Mason came over yesterday (5/26/18) to our home in Niceville, FL to analyze our garage door unit. He met with my husband, David and informed him to replace the unit. Upon my arrival, much displeased about complete garage door replacement as our previous unit LIFEMASTER has LIFETIME Warranty and was overall a much larger and more tech system was replaced with new proprietary Precision System (remote (2), motor, and wall unit) -- I'm unhappy with new system quality. Additionally, Mason took our LIFEMASTER Products, I want those back. The wall unit was a Large box - Digital system, Thermostat included, automatic timer garage closer. I request Mason or Precision Employee return our previous Products. We had Precision install their unit, but DO NOT WALK Away with our Previous Products. LIFETIME will send me a new Garage Motor - FREE OF CHARGE. The wall unit - is In PERFECT Condition. Please call me for questions, Juliet at 850-883-4952 or 850-368-9435. My husband doesn't handle our "home issues" and in this situation he was taken advantage of. All we needed was right size of Springs (#273) and those only cost $54 a piece, we were charged $149 each.

I apparently was the last customer of the day. Without even examining the garage door opener, I am told the "mother board" is "probably" out and quoted a enormous amount to replace it. Then I was told the "motor" was "probably" out and quoted even a larger amount to replace it. After I asked how did he know then when he did not even inspect the garage door opener, he said he would get his ladder. I am not sure what he did as I stepped into the house and when I came out he said the was a screw that was too tight and he loosened it to allow the garage door to open. Then he said he could do the a tune up that normally cost $50 more than the $39.95 he would charge me. like he was doing me a favor. So for the visit and the service I paid $49.95 plus the $39.95 for a total of $89.90. after I agreed and stepped back into my house and out within 10 mins. he said he was done. I am not sure really what he did other than loosen a screw and . Then after he was gone all my remotes and keyless entry was not working. So I made another service call and told the scheduler I was not going to pay anything else. However, I work out of my home and to be available for a 2 hours time span was no good for me. I felt like if I had just agreed to having the mother board replaced or the total garage door opener he would have done it and I really would have been screwed. I do not like the Tech not introducing himself to me either. In looking up who the Tech was, his name is John Garris. Choice below of what service was performed, I just picked one in order to submit the review.
