Very happy with the customer service from Precision Door. I had an issue where I needed to replace my motor. My door and motor was 21years old. The service technician talked me into replacing everything as a kit which also brought my door up to current hurricane code. The installers had the new equipment installed a week later. the installers, Rodger and JD did a great job and were very personable. Highly recommend.

When I Googled "Garage Door Repairs," Precision was the first site that came up. The site said they could provide same day service. When I called, the agent said they would be able to take care of it that day. The Technician arrived during the time frame I was told. He was very knowledgeable and was able to replace the broken spring in good time. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. He noticed I was wearing a "Navy" t-shirt and asked if I was retired military. I said yes and received a 10% discount. That was great and very much appreciated.

Not only did they repair my garage door on the same day that I made the appointment, but they were able to take care of my garage door issue within two hours of the time that I made the appointment. The door was installed a couple of months ago but yesterday the door wouldn't close. The tech showed up the next day and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. As soon as I told him what was happening he knew what to do. Great service. Keep it up!
