The good reviews that we read on your site! The quick response time for an appointment! The service repairman was on time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did twenty five point inspection and offered me three options on the repairs. He explained everything thourgly until we made the decision on which one we wanted to go with. We went with replacing the parts an a new belt driven opener. Quick repair because he had everything he needed on his truck. He explained in detail what he did and how everything worked. I highly recommend Cody and this co. for their quick response and his dedication to his Job!! Thanks Cody;

great expereince, from the first call to cody coming to zamir, who by the way great response time, cody communicated to use after his initial 25 point inspection,gave us all our options inclding pricing. then it was zamirs turn after being summoned arrival 20 minutes , went to work 2 hours later, which the time was told to us by zamir. no oh by the way. professionalism all around, polite , hard woking, finished job went thru the in and out of new opener helped us program what was needed and asked about. did not leave until we were satisfied that everything was covered. great job ladies and gentlemen.highly,highly, recommend them!!!

I called as I was instructed to have new motor inspected each year for lubrication and any issues with the door. When I called for the check up, I was told that there would be a $49 call out fee and if anything was needed , they would check with me and let me know the charges (even though you knew that lubrication was needed every year). I assumed that the service fee would include lubrication. When the gentleman arrived I did not immediately go out ( I had just had knee surgery) and when they were finished, he called me out and said that the total charge would be $250 or so. I was shocked and was then told that the $49 was just for them driving in. The lubrication of each door would be $75 per door! That seems like a lot to charge for simple lubrication. I have recommended Precision to many friends and still will as I think you are a good company. However, I feel that you should tell people up front that the charge is $49 for just arriving and that each door would be $75 for lubrication, plus any repairs needed. Thie way it was presented to me I feel is false advertising. My son can lubricate a garage door. The repair guys were excellent and competant

A neighbor recommended this business. I filled out my request for service online and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Precision Door was quick to respond with texts and phone calls. My appointment was double booked with another customer. I was given priority since my car was locked in my garage due to a broken overhead spring, and I had a doctor's appointment that I needed to make. Cody came at 8 am, got my car out, and asked if he could service the other booked appointment next and come back later the same day. I agreed. While waiting, I read helpful bios and reviews on line. Reading the reviews helped me realize that they offer a military discount (which I was given). It also helped me realize that they charge a convenience fee for using a credit or debit card. I wrote a check and was still charged the convenience fee. I realized this when I read over the itemized invoice. I asked my wife to double check my figures. She agreed and called Precision Door the next day. After she spoke to a person in the Pensacola office about the overcharge, we are expecting that fee to be reimbursed.

A little pickup to start but the install tech got that cleared with the office. The tech was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, certainly knew his job, yand quick to install. Cleaned up, asked for questions but anything I might have had, had already been answered during the install.

Very easy to schedule. Went on their website and they had same day appointments. Cody came out to service my garage door, called me that morning to give me an estimated time of arrival. Did a very thorough inspection and provided me with his findings and offered me 3 different options for repais/installation. Did the work right away. Precision Garage Door Service of Pensacola provided excellent customer service when our garage door spring broke. I enjoyed the ability to book an appointment online. As a customer I appreciated the fact that prior to arrival I got both a phone call from the technician and a text along with a picture of who would be working on the repair. In addition, the company offers both senior and military discount which is always appreciated. Cody was my technician and he arrived on time, completed the safety inspection and reviewed my concerns before creating an estimate with my options for repair. He went over in great detail the various options and warranty. We ended up upgrading and replacing all moving parts on the door and added the 10 year warranty.Cody's work was exceptional and the additional spring allowed for much easier use. I would highly recommend this company.
