As a previous customer of Precision Door, they were my first call when I had a problem. It was nice to see Alex Tran, the repairman again. He could not be more courteous and professional. After inspection of the door, he provided options for me to choose from with the cost of each. Alex completed the repair in a timely manner and left the area clean. Satisfied customer.

We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!.
