Nathan arrived on time to my residents for annual service on our garage door. During the visit he was very professional and polite. After his inspection was complete he explained in great detail on the performance of our door and let me know what was needed for the tune up. After his explanation I decided to go with the Full 10 year 4 spring Rebuild. I asked how soon he could do it and to my surprise he said TODAY! He went straight to work and completed the job to my satisfaction in 2.5 hours. After completion he explained in great detail every aspect of what he did to the garage door. I was very pleased at how quite and smooth the door now operates. During the payment process I also was given a 10% military discount. When I started looking for help with our garage door, I asked three friends who to call. All three recommended Precision. Now I know why. It's just amazing what Nathan was able to do. We had a problem (not complete opening or closing) with our garage door and called for assistance. That same day, within an hour or so, a technician arrived, analyzed the problem and provided a solution solving the problem so that we could get both our cars in and out. He also provided a lesson as to how to routinely lubricate hinges and springs on the door. He was friendly, polite and technically adept at analyzing the problem and finding a solution which involved replacement of a defective circuit board. Fast and efficient sertvice. Thank you!. Nathan has been out to our home at least a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options (door is 18 yrs. old). At this time, we just had to opt for the most affordable to get us by. Our insurance company is requiring us to put a new roof on and is to be completed this week. We are retired and money is tight with constant maintenance at our home. We will reach out to you in the future if anything else is needed. You all had to come out a couple of years ago. The main coils snaped and we could not get our door to open. You all were at our home the next day. I could not get my car out of the garage but not an emergency.

Precision Doors responded quickly when I could not get my garage door open on a Monday morning. They sent a technician named Nathan, who did a good job of trouble shooting and repairing the broken door. He performed maintenance on the other door, provided and programmed a new remote and programmed my car so that I could open the doors with the buttons on my mirror. He was personable and professional, and carefully explained options available to me so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed.

Nathan was wonderful. He did a full assessment of my garage door and door opener. He asked what I was needing. He presented and explained all of my options. Asking if I had questions. After I had made my decision, he went to work on my requests. After completion he went over every action he had done and how everything worked - even demonstrating how every thing worked.
