When a spring on our overhead garage door suddenly failed during a Thursday night (with both cars inside) we called Precision to help us address the problem. A two-person team arrived the following day (on a Friday) to install a new spring. Austin and Kenny were courteous, efficient, very technically competent and explained the reasons for the failure and answered all my many questions. I decided then and there it was time to replace my aging overhead garage door and purchase a new garage door from Precision. Garage door spring broke and needed to be repaired. Called precision and they sent a technician out the same day. RJ arrived right on time and clearly explained all of the various options to my wife. He also took pictures to make sure the garage door he recommended would be correct. My appointment window was 8-10AM @8:10 my technician called to say he was on his way, perfect. I explained what I thought happened he did his trouble shooting discovered a broken coupler. He presented 3 options I selected the best one for me and within an hour my garage opener was operational. He kept me informed, he had the parts needed on his truck I found him very professional. I called and actually got to speak to a person, unlike the other company that I tried first who I had bought the door from. A day and a half of messages, and not response at all. Y'all were great!! Garage door cables came off the spring rod spools. Called a local garage door place but they couldn't come for two days. Saw Precision Door online and gave them a call. They responded within an hour and door. with some upgrades, was done in about an hour. Corey the technician was super friendly and offered some good advice.

To be honest I called a repairman at first before Precision, and as usual he gave me a story about he would have to come back.....and never returned! At the same time a neighbor down the street was having her door replaced and as I drove by I saw a very large truck, two young men, and lots of equipment putting in a new door.....It was Precision. So I decided to call, set up an appointment and bingo here they were. They advised me I really needed a new door, priced it out, ordered it, took my payment all in a very short matter of time. These two gentlemen were very pleasant and professional. Within a short period of time, my schedule, two new men were back with my new door. They went straight to work taking out the old and installing the new; in less than four hours I was up and running all brand new, it was great! I hope I get this right: Cory Hane, and Bailey Parker came first, did the inspection, and told me I really needed a new door and sold me the same! Then It was Triston Kelly and Mason Hines that brought my new door and installed it in minimal time. These guys are to be commended for there attitude, professionalism, appearance, and all around friendly nature. The job was "Spot One" and they constantly were cleaning up behind themselves. I/You couldn't ask for a better experience or company they are my new "GO TO"!
