Precision Doors responded quickly when I could not get my garage door open on a Monday morning. They sent a technician named Nathan, who did a good job of trouble shooting and repairing the broken door. He performed maintenance on the other door, provided and programmed a new remote and programmed my car so that I could open the doors with the buttons on my mirror. He was personable and professional, and carefully explained options available to me so that I could make the best decision about how to proceed.

They did a great job and were very friendly. My one complaint is, not telling me that there would be a $29.15 service fee if I used my debit card. If I would have known that, I would have written a check.

Brian York was exceptional! Brian was friendly, knowledgable and detail oriented in his evaluation and assessment of our garage door issues. He took the time to provide several options, all the while discussing the pros/cons. He was able to solve our remote/door issues and did it with a smile. Can I give more than five stars?? I sure would. You all are wonderful people. You care as much for your clients as you do your fabulous product and work. Now that I am a widow, you have made me feel that I don't have to be lost in all of the things I don't know anything about. I will be taken care of, and I have been assured that my husband and I purchased a top-of-the-line garage door. I was told in passing that if a storm came through and blew our house away, our garage door would still be standing. Since his death, I have had service a couple of times, and I have to say that your employees are the most compelling and caring I have ever seen, especially Brian York. He made my day turn around. Extremely easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was actually on time which is very unusual in this day and age. Everything was explained to us by the tech. Brian spent at least two hours going over everything. We did not even get another quote for replacing our garage as our confidence in Brian and his company was enough to convince us to go with them.

I called at 7:15 am on a holiday weekend expecting to get voice mail. They had a technician to my home by 8:30am. WOW he called to let me know he was on the way. He also sent a text with a picture so I would know who was coming. explained all the options and said we could do a cash discount. They will be back Tuesday to complete the work.

Precision is great. We have used them for years. They are quick to respond, have everything they need on their truck. We called for an opening issue which they fixed and found another problem which we didn't know we had. We are good now for 5 years or more.

Precision Garage Door was very responsive, showing up just 2 hours after I called them. The repairman came out, assessed the problem, and then provided me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He not only repaired the door, but he also made adjustments to where my garage door didn't make a lot of a "clanking noise" when opening or closing. It is a very smooth operation now. Thank you!
